This was my first time using Weilhammer Plumbing. They installed a new water heater for me in my home. Mark was very friendly and responded to my inquiry for an estimate very quickly. He has considerable knowledge and was willing to talk through my concerns with me offering professional advice. The installation was not an emergency, but scheduled within two days per my request. On the day of the installation, he arrived on time and had with him all the supplies he needed. He was very careful bringing in the water heater and taking it upstairs....No damage to the carpet or hand railing. I watched him as he worked and I could quickly tell he takes pride in doing the job right!! The installation was completed neatly and at a very reasonable price. Job well done, I will definitely be using Weilhammer Plumbing in the future.

Roto-Rooter sent a technician on a Friday night when our sump pump failed. Other area plumbers wouldn't schedule is until the following Monday. The technician was kind, informative, and efficient. He replaced the pump in no time and saved our basement from disaster. Thank, you, Roto-Rooter!

I used them for my personal residence. Had a leak that flooded my pantry and front livingroom which forced me to shut off my main water line for almost 2 days. Contacted Mr. Plumber they quickly sent someone over to diagnose and repair the issue. Conner Young assisted us he was very professional, kind and thorough in explaining what the issue was and what he was going to do to fix it. The company was very responsive and fixed the problem. However, no estimate or even explanation of the problem was provided prior to the work being performed. The result was getting slapped with a $230 bill for something that was covered under warranty. When I called to office to discuss, a manager agreed this was not how they do business and would work with me. Never heard back from them after that.
