Quarantine project turned into more than expected! Thankfully Hope Plumbing was able to come out and resolve a water leak under a bathroom faucet. Carlos did an exceptional job of explaining my options and then quickly and professionally executed the job. Very happy with my new faucet, valves and lines. Toby was awesome. He helped me with connecting my water softener to the app and showed me how to use it. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would like to request him for all my service calls. This was a scheduled maintenance on my water heater.

Needed help with my water heater and called Weilhammer, over the phone I was given adequate info about my water heater and how to get it fired up again. Instead of having to pay three or four hundred dollers the guys from Weilhammer helped me figure my problem out. Not only did they save me the hassle but they assured me that if I was still having problems they would get a repair man out after hours to get it fixed. Thats excellent service and I will be sure to call Weilhammer if I have any problems in the future.

Every time they came to my place they kept adding more & more work that needed to be done. They tore out more stuff to my place than what needed to be done & what they said. Also they tried to charge me twice for something. This company is just money hungry & don't care about their customers. One night they needed to get there equipment & it wasn't a good night for us, b/c we had plans. They demanded they get it that night. We did agree on a time they could come, but they were almost an hour late. We almost left & was about to say they can come a different day & time. This company isn't professional & don't every use them unless you want to pay more than what they say at the beginning & tare up your place more than what needs to be done. All this company cares about is money, money, money.

Came out in just 2 hours and diagnosed my issues quickly.

I am very pleased with the service I got from Service Plus. Mario came to my home, he was on time (early), wore a mask ( thanks) and listened to my concerns and issues. I appreciated the customer focus. He was able to determine what was wrong and fixed it so that my air flow wasn't restricted and I would get heat. He even spent the time to give me tips on how to better use my Eco friendly thermostat, this was greatly appreciated.
