We worked with Spencer from Hope plumbing so we could get a new gas line hookup to our fireplace. He was so helpful and took the time to explain anything we would need to know. I could tell he cared about doing a good and thorough job, which makes me feel safe since getting a gas line to a fireplace can have the potential to be dangerous. The overall price was about $2,000 and was comparable to another quote I received. I am thankful to have had him do the certified plumbing work for our project.

Scheduled a quote for a tankless water heater yesterday evening, delivered quote this morning, and installed by the afternoon. Quote was significantly under the competition. The project manager and installation crew were great. The work was flawless. Excellent value all the way around.

Lucas had originally helped me select a new shower fixture on a previous call. After a supply chain delay, the Delta fixture was delivered and Lucas installed it. It took longer than anticipated, but job was completed neatly and it looks great. ?

My home was without heat for 6days and Five nights! Dealing with a home warranty 12/28/2021 to 01/04/2022 company who (said someone would call 24hrs NOTHING HAPPENED)warranty company didn't give a hoot about me and my family beening without heat in our home(yes I cancelled that warranty company real quick)! I got on phone call 6am (Monday fed-up with warranty company took matters into my own hands), called other plumbing companies only to be told we can come out Wednesday..WHAT!
Then PLUMBERS AIR+ showed up on my phone. I called they answered IMMEDIATELY ! Spoke with a WONDERFUL woman soft spoken I told her my dilemma, she replied Oh my goodness, we can have someone come out today! I said yes please! I received a text with a picture showing me what the repairman look like and a Bio of his background. This person was Belfret an AWESOME man who show and explained every thing requarding the malfunction of my furnace! He and his team worked from sun up to late in night! Belfret and team told me don't worry you will not spend another night in the cold ! He and his team worked diligently until my furnace was completely installed and my waterheater too! I actually called Weilhammer Plumbing to come and take a look at my water heater, and the guy I spoke with (Mark I believe) was extremely nice, and patient of enough to ask me all the questions, but most importantly he was honest !!! He could have easily came out and charged me money, but instead he actually told me that my problem was extremely minor, and walked me through the process. This happend yesterday May 15, 2015, and I am extremely happy that there are still honest people out there in the world that understand the value of doing the right thing !!! I wish all the other service companies would adopt his mentaility and his business practices !!! I most definitely recommend Weilhammer Plumbing to anyone in the state of Indiana, and throughout the United States !!!

We were very impressed and very pleased with the work done by our Roto Rooter technician at our home on January 19, 2016. He analyzed the problem, put in the parts, and gave us a fair price for the repairs. This was the second time we have used Roto Rooter in the past year. We will definitely use them again for our plumbing needs.

Dustin was knowledgeable and able to diagnose and fix the leak quickly, and didn't rush out before making sure the problem was actually fixed!

Bob and his crew always do a great job! Bob the plumber is the BEST, He came out and took care of a couple of jobs for us at the house today very personable, did a wonderful job checked everything thoroughly. We always call Bob whenever we have an issue and it's always taken care of in a timely and efficient manner!

Appreciated getting estimates and quotes over the phone and then having the work done quickly and near the estimate when not a firm quote. Appreciated Kyle doing some the small things to make things better (vs just the easiest and cheapest) in the long. And they have always shown up on time. Great service on all fronts.

We live in a house and our tub had a leak from the drain and Pinocchio and Sirus I believe his name was, fixed it in no time and they were in and out in no time. Pinocchio had to crawl under the house to get access to the drain while Sirus did the top part of the drain they worked as a great team and very professional I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing work on any scale Thank You guys for your great work ?

I like that they send a picture and name of the person that is showing up to do the service! Eric was very responsive and asked several questions to understand the problem we were having with our heating system. Glad he and another associate were able to diagnose and repair the system!
