Had myself a long, strange poop last night. The aftermath caused a brown muddy river through my whole bathroom leaving a touch of brown. I'm so grateful that these guys were able to fix me up and roll away the poo.

My home was without heat for 6days and Five nights! Dealing with a home warranty 12/28/2021 to 01/04/2022 company who (said someone would call 24hrs NOTHING HAPPENED)warranty company didn't give a hoot about me and my family beening without heat in our home(yes I cancelled that warranty company real quick)! I got on phone call 6am (Monday fed-up with warranty company took matters into my own hands), called other plumbing companies only to be told we can come out Wednesday..WHAT!
Then PLUMBERS AIR+ showed up on my phone. I called they answered IMMEDIATELY ! Spoke with a WONDERFUL woman soft spoken I told her my dilemma, she replied Oh my goodness, we can have someone come out today! I said yes please! I received a text with a picture showing me what the repairman look like and a Bio of his background. This person was Belfret an AWESOME man who show and explained every thing requarding the malfunction of my furnace! He and his team worked from sun up to late in night! Belfret and team told me don't worry you will not spend another night in the cold ! He and his team worked diligently until my furnace was completely installed and my waterheater too! PLUMBERS +AIR can count on me to tell everyone about their EXCELLENT SERVICE! CALL NOW IF YOU NEED SERVICE! EVERYONE PLUMBERS + AIR! I WILL CALL FOR SERVICE EVERY TIME!

I'm so glad we found Weilhammer Plumbing to fix the leak in our slab! He was able to come look at the problem and give us an estimate within a couple hours after we called on a Saturday and then fix it a couple days later. He is very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I wish we would have known about Weilhammer Plumbing for a prior problem we had with our water heater. At least now we have our go-to plumber!

Finally! An honest plumber who is affordable!

Ended yesterday with the utility room floor drain backing up -- what a mess.Called Roto-Rooter first thing this morning, and they had their service tech at our home in less than an hour. 40 minutes later the problem was solved, the tech, a very nice young man named Chang, was on his way, and I could get on with life. Thank you! I wish fixing every problem could be that easy.

I was very pleased with the work done by Bob on my basement toilet. I called him in the morning when I needed work done ASAP and he came that afternoon! Bob went above and beyond to replace an ancient toilet in my basement and my new toilet is working perfectly. His pricing is extremely reasonable as well. I will be using Bob for all of my plumbing needs in the future!

Hamm & Sons was the only company I found that quoted an exact price over the phone to replace a water heater. I called other companies to get even a ‘ballpark’ figure and none were willing to give me one, although one finally gave me a price with no guarantee. Another insisted someone had to come to my house to give me an estimate. Both prices were more than $600 over Hamm & Sons’ price. I was so worried by the extraordinary price difference that I called H&S back several times to confirm. The price charged after the installation was the exact price given over the phone. I also expected a less than qualified installer to show up due to the low price. My worry was proven wrong. Keaton (I hope I got his name right), a professional in every way, arrived alone, said it would take about 2 hours to install, but I’m pretty sure the entire install didn’t take longer than an hour from the moment he arrived until I handed him a check!
Time will tell about the quality of the water heater, but I was so impressed with the entire installation experience that I’m telling everyone I know.

Update: Unfortunately, they don’t unclog drains.

I’ve now had two experiences with Reasonable Plumbing, and each have been wonderful. They are efficient, affordable and so helpful. I’ve been impressed with the level of communication from the company, too. From phone calls to texts, they keep you updated on when they’ll show up, and they follow up to make sure your problems are solved. I highly recommend giving them your business. I’ll be a repeat customer for sure.

Jeff, the tech was on time, called to let me know he was on the way, quickly resolved the issue, cleaned up the work area and provided estimates for possible future replacement. I am very satisfied with the results and the approach.

Again, Nick was great and hopefully with the new circuit board, all is good. I appreciate him tracking down the coolant leaks and diagnosing the circuit problem.But, so far I’m not at all satisfied with Amana equipment and would not recommend it.
