Best Pipe Leak Repair in Indianapolis IN

The only good thing I can say is that the initial consult and estimate was free. The plumber came to my house do to a leak from the toilet. I told them exactly what it was and where it was. I told them I would have taken care of it, but had surgery and couldn't carry the toilet. They wanted $266 dollars for two screws, and a 10 dollar wax ring to be installed. Be prepared to have your pants pulled down on the price. Not pleased. Hope thank you for replying but my foot has healed, and I am not in need of anyone for help moving forward. I asked for a built toilet to be dropped onto two bolts and nuts tightened, and was given your $266 price. Needless to say I won't be calling again.

We had a horrible smell we thought was coming from our sump pump. He determined that it was actually the back up battery for the sump pump. He flushed the water heater also as a maintenance. Very happy! Thank you for your fast friendly & efficient service!

LD smith was a great company to work with, would highly recommend ! Phil came out and diagnosed my issue and was very helpful and professional.. Tim & Isaac came back to perform the work needed to be done. They did an outstanding job and made us feel as though they were working on their own homes with the level of care they both took. I am always pleased with the work Roto-Rooter technicians perform, but this past Saturday, I had a very complicated issue. Kyle Wiening and Ron Webster came to my rescue and saved the day. They are so knowledgeable and did an outstanding job. Thank you, Kyle and Ron!

Miguel was very friendly and professional. He made sure to take the time to educate us on all of the recommended and needed work which we really appreciated. While we did not use plumb doctor this time however we will be considering them for our future needs.

I read all the reviews and they were mostly good but turns out, I have been another unlucky one for this company. I scheduled an appointment for a Thursday between 2-4. They called me earlier in the day (1130a) saying they were available then and to call back if I was also available. I wasn't, I was at work and didn't bother calling them back. Apparently my lack of response indicated that I no longer wanted an appointment because at 345 I was on the phone trying to figure out when someone was going to show up. They then told me that they tried to call me several times. I had ONE call from them well before my appointment window. They said because they tried to call me and I didn't answer that their tech had to move on. I've worked in the service industry for the past 15 years. I was trying to be understanding but a blatant lie was too much for me. I talked to the assistant manager who apologized and said they would come out Saturday without charging me the weekend service fee so I wouldn't have to take more time off work. They were supposed to show up between 9-11 and once again, I was on the phone at 1045 to figure out when someone was going to show. What i got was an answering service where they wanted to record me saying my issue was an emergency. Nope. Not getting charged an emergency fee because you guys messed up 1 time already. So i told them to cancel my appointment and he proceeded to tell me he wasn't authorized to do that. Really?!?!?! Very poor communication and lack of respect for someone else's time. If someone had called and said they would be late, I would have been willing to give them a chance but that's over now. I'm calling someone else.

Called Bob this morning at 0730. He arrived shortly after 10 (when he said he'd be here). He was professions and courteous. I will call him again without question!

poor customer service, called with emergency waterheater leaking and no hot water with a unit still undet warenty and was told that becasue of hoilday weekend they don't install water heaters and go three days without hotwater.

They came did a great job. I was happily.Great attitudes . The price was reasonable and we’ll worth it. I highly recommend.

We had a burst pipe in our wall this afternoon, I called around to 6 different plumbers, all who wouldn’t come out until the next day because it was later in the day.

I kept calling down the list of plumbers until I got to these guys. Dawn answered the phone and was so sweet and helpful. We had a plumber out here within 30 minutes after I called.

He was very kind and jumped right in and told us the problem. We thought it was going to be hundreds of dollars to repair, and being graduate students that stressed us out, but he had the problem fixed in less than an hour and our bill was an affordable and beautiful relief.

I’m super happy with this company and wouldn’t hesistate to call them again!

We had Zoe come out and she did a fantastic job! She called ahead and let us know she was on her way and arrived early. Very professional and great at what she does. Would highly recommend and will definitely call her for more jobs!
