A technician from Hope had come out many years ago and told me my bathtub drain couldn't be fixed they would have to redo the whole hole bath tub; but today Chase came out and fix the whole thing to near perfect condition. He really took his time and it is so much appreciated you have a good employee there

I had called another plumbing company in the past for this issue but when they came out they couldn’t replicate the problem I was having and so they didn’t do anything. When I had the problem show up again, I decided to call Ciriello Plumbing this time. The person who answered the phone was able to pinpoint the issue for me by just the short discussion of the problem I was having with her on the phone. Eric Whitaker showed up with the exact tools needed and fixed my issue within the hour. Will definitely use these folks again!

We had a leak in our basement which ended up being a serious plumbing issue. Any water that went through our pipes ended up on the basement floor. After receiving recommendations and quotes from several companies, we chose 1-800-PLUMBER+AIR. They understood the urgency of our situation and Tammy (sp?) was extremely kind in her communications with us. David and Jerel were very pleasant to work with in an unpleasant situation. They provided details of what they were doing along the way to ensure we understood the reasoning. They also made sure their work was inspected by the city. David gave us some tips about our water softener which was very helpful as well! The owner, Wendy, contacted us which was a pleasant surprise! We also needed a letter regarding the work done and Kyle supplied it the very next day. We will definitely use them again!

Mark replaced my 13 year old 50 gal. gas water heater with a new Rheem 60 Gal. gas high eff. one for half the price other companies wanted and for exactly the amount quoted.

Rick came within an hour of my call, I knew I needed to have my water heater replaced. Rick explained the process. Changed the water heater out and was done in a few hours. Very pleasant and great person!

I would not recommend this company AT ALL. I had a hot water pressure issue with my shower I contacted Acme for help. They first stated that a technician would be out between 1-4pm by 5pm I had heard nothing. I called and the lady stated that someone should of called me to let me know it would be later, she stated that the technician should be there soon. Not until almost 7pm did they finally arrive. This isn't even the main issue. The technician stated that it was my shower fixtures and that he would need to cut a hole in my drywall then replace the valve fixture and install all new fixtures etc and estimated the project at $1,395.00 but could be more if they were other issues. I felt that the technician was giving me a sales pitch instead of fixing my issue so I called another company Williams Plumbing Service he came within the hour of my call and only to find the problem not being with my actual valve stem and fixtures at the shower/tub location but simply a clog at my water heater on the hot side. A simple 5 minute fix and only charged a service fee of $89.00! So beware of Acme, they should be reported to the better business bureau, if this happened to me I can only image all of the other poor customers that this has happened too.

I've had terrific experiences with Bob. He is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and affordable. He's always been able to come out same day which is important to me. It's really hard to trust home service professionals these days but I'm thankful I found a plumber I know I can call & rely on.

poor customer service, called with emergency waterheater leaking and no hot water with a unit still undet warenty and was told that becasue of hoilday weekend they don't install water heaters and go three days without hotwater.

Was late due to another service call. He installed a new thermostat in about an hour and checked to make sure everything was working properly.

We have used this company for a small fix before, but they were so responsive when we called with a broken water heater. We called around 8 am and had the whole unit replaced before noon. The price was well within the range we were quoted by other companies and they recommended a better (more cost-effective) option than upgrading to the 80-gallon tank (which I had brought up).
