Ben and JP did a thorough and meticulous job of installing a water softener and hot water recirculation system as well as replacing 100 year old pipes with synthetic material and several shutoff valves plus new exterior hose faucets. Grateful Plumber was referred by a friend to hook up a water softner. Softner was hooked up in no time, but was then informed there was a leak in an o-ring and needed replaced. Very disappointed they didn't offer to assit with leak and I will now have to contact another plumber and pay for another service call to make the water softner operable. Feel like it was a waste of money since the full job wasn't completed.

Changing up my review. They tried to charge me 300 dollars for a product that cost 25 dollars. That's just straight up dishonest...just sad....

I've used Bob twice this year and once over at my mother's house. He is always prompt and courteous. I've dealt with other plumbers and Bob is the best. He's a 1 man show that gets it done. His pricing definitely beats the big out fits. He's more than far on cost and explains everything well.

We always use Hamm & Sons for all our plumbing needs. We live in an older house and have had to have the drain cleaned, pipes all switched out all our old metal piping and fixed various leaks throughout the years.

The service provided by Reasonable Plumbing was exceptional. We requested to have 1/4 turn valve replacements in our kitchen and laundry room. Our call was immediately taken and an appointment was made for the estimate. We were accommodated with a service appointment that preceded our appliance delivery, but on the day of, we learned the valves we requested were unexpectedly on back order. Solomon went out of his way with both time and effort to ensure the valves requested were the ones received. He and his team's professionalism is equally matched with personability. Water heater check. Was advised it is time to replace it. I knew it by the rust but wanted a pro to tell me. He was a polite and very knowledgeable young man.

He was very thorough. Inspected all my plumbing, flushed the hot water heater. We had a great conversation, he wore a mask and shoe coverings the entire time he was here.I love Summers Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling. Their customet service is top-notch ?
