We were not able to complete job largely due to water restoration company problems; Carter apologized and made amends which I appreciated.

We made an appointment for 2-4PM. Our technician didn't show up until almost 7PM with no communication from them. Then he said he couldn't fix it that night or he would have to charge us emergency after hours fees because it was too late (if they had shown up on time that wouldn't have been the case).
So he left and said he would email us a quote for the fix and we could make an appointment at that time. We never received an email. We have called and left multiple messages over the past two weeks but we still haven't heard from them. Our time is extremely limited and we're upset that we've wasted this much time on this and still don't have our issue fixed.

I highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing to anyone looking to get quality service from a company without getting up-sold on unnecessary work. Chris and his guys came in and where able to quickly assess the situation with the home and make an effective plan to diagnose the scope of work required. They went above and beyond. I'm very grateful for them and look forward to working with them on future plumbing needs.

I came home on Sunday night to a water leak from my upstairs bathroom. Big Frog came first thing before anymore damage to my ceiling occurred. They were able to stop the leak quickly and educate me on how to prevent this problem in the future. Professional and knowledgeable all around. Will use again.

We have been very well taken care of by Mr. Plumber and their technicians. We've had 5 total technicians because what we thought was just a clogged sink, turned out to be a lot more. Warren (camera) and Jonathan (hydrojet) have gone above and beyond for us to make sure that our problem is getting fixed. They have been honest and given us worst case scenario options and also worked to get things flowing at the lowest cost possible to us. Everyone has also been willing to explain what's going on and answered all of our questions to the best of their ability. Would highly recommend Mr. Plumber to friends/family and will be using again in the future.

Fantastic service! Always on time and responsive. I love the text service that confirms when they are on their way. Definitely recommend and will use again! Installed water softner and new water heater and had to make a return trip to troubleshoot.

We had to have a sump pump insert dug in our basement and we had two great guys Todd and Brandon with great workmanship. The company stood behind their word on price even though the floor was three times as thick as most floors. Todd and Brandon arrived ahead of schedule both days. Bill and his son are extremely professional. My water heater went out, I found his business on Google being I already received a quote & his won me over immediately. He provided his expert recommendation for a replacement, picked it up, installed it, removed the old one and was so quick. He even tested for gas leaks and made carbon monoxide detector recommendations for before leaving. Shop small, I highly recommend his services. I now have a plumber for life, super grateful being a first time home owner! Thank you for everything.

Service 1 figured out what was causing a leak coming from out shower that 2 prior plumbers could not. Figured out and fixed the problem in 45 minutes, and for a very reasonable price. Very professional and friendly service, and were able to arrive 1 hour early. I highly recommend this plumber!
