Pristine Plumbing is efficient and very professional! My technician, Jake showed up on time and was knowledgeable about the issue that I had. He explained and showed me the problem that my toilet tank had; presented the solutions and options very clearly. Once I made the decision, he was quick in getting the job done; all in a couple of hours. Great job, Jake! Thank you for being honest and courteous.

Tobi was the man! Really great guy and definitely knew what he was doing. I had a different company come out and quote it, they seemed to be in a rush and didn’t seem to really care whether he did the job. Not only did Toni want to but walked me through the job and gave me tips and tricks for my water heater and sump pump as well. I would highly recommend using these guys 10 times out of 10.

Having a slab leak is one of the most stressful situations I have been in. From trying to pinpoint where the leak is, to trying to get it fixed, and worrying about what damage it may have caused. But Carter's was super helpful all the way around. Every person I spoke with from the ladies in the office, to the techs who came out, and including the site supervisor all were professional, and kind. They even did a great job with cleaning up everything after they were done. You can barely tell they bore an entire new water line for me. Hopefully next time I call them it will be for maintenance or a system upgrade, but believe me all my plumbing needs will be directed to the family at Carter's My plumber. Thanks guys and gals!

We had a great experience with Weilhammer. Our sump pump piping runs directly under our bedroom, which was causing a very noisy thumping sound as the pipe vibrated along the baseboards. We had three other quotes that were upward of 3k and Weilhammer came in with a reasonable solution and quote. Really happy to sleep in silence now and will use them again if something arises!
