Their plumber, Floyd, listened to my description of the problem, diagnosed possible issues and offered me options for the repair. Here to rave about this company!! We had a bad busted pipe a while back and after calling our original plumbing company, Service Plus, (which supposedly took emergency calls at the time we decided to become members of their program) never called us back (massive let down), we googled Summers and called them. Someone showed up very fast and fixed the issue. A+Then we decided to get the whole house re-plumed with pex pipe and went with Summers again, so far, all is great. They were fast, knowledgeable, clean, and all the guys were professional looking and polite. Now we are getting the toilet pulled and reset due to a new bathroom floor installation. I had to call them early this morning to check what time the plumber is coming but had to leave a message, as they were not open yet. I got a call back from them at 8:05am! Now that is service!! I love that this company actually listens to their voicemails and relies so quickly. A++Summers is not cheap, they are not discount bottom of the barrel, and it might not be the company for you if you want things done “super cheap”. If you are wanting quality, excellent customer service, promptness, professionals who know their stuff, and knowing they will be there for you in an emergency then Summers is the way to go! A+++

Casey was efficient, friendly, and flexible. He rebuilt/repaired leaking faucet in a jiffy for a very reasonable price. He also clearly explained my options and didn't try to pressure me into the more expensive longer term solution (of replacing the whole sink/the valves underneath that have issues too) since I couldn't afford at the moment and that was a relief. He even came back out to look at a side effect of the repair for me (a clogged aerator due to debris in my line from turning off and on my water to the house) for free. A gem among plumbers. 10/10 would call again.

If anyone sees this, I do NOT recommend this business at all. They messed up my kitchen sink in my hot water heater. And they won’t come out and fix it unless we pay them. Do NOT use this company and the management there is very very nasty. Beware. My hot water heater, bumps and pops in my sink in my kitchen slowly runs, and it was working before they came.

Dave was amazing. He explained everything so I could understand what was happening and what I was paying for. He didn't try to sell me a more expensive solution. The repair was done same day in less than an hour. Super professional, friendly, and great value. Will definitely use B&W again.
