I have a 70+ year old house. I had a corroded 3 sewer pipe that lead out of the house, located in my basement. It was leaking a lot of water a day. In less than 3 days, they came, gave an estimate and even gave me a bundle deal to replace my bad sump pump, as well, and fixed everything. Was very impressed. Quality work and couldn't ask for a friendlier or more knowledgeable staff. Another thing that helped was the financing they offer. If (or I should say,when ?) the next thing goes wrong with anything they cover, I will definitely be hiring them again and will refer them to friends and family. I don't have one negative thing to say about them. I was definitely impressed and was very worried about the whole process, but they put my mind at ease, right away! Thanks Again, Kyle.

We had an emergency water leak from our refrigerator on a late Saturday afternoon and Mark was great! He arrived in 30 min and was able to repair it quickly. He also showed us all of the plumbing lines and shutoff valves throughout the house in case we had another emergency.

We previously had an awful experience with a different plumbing company. Mr. Rooter plumbing thank goodness was such a breath of fresh air. Our hot water heater went out. I called in the morning and they had technicians out here by noon. I especially loved that they sent a picture of who to expect once they’re on their way. They were extremely professional and patient. Unfortunately our 11 year old water heater was shot and they explained my options to me and what they would recommend based on risks/pricing. We opted for a new water heater and they got it installed the same day. I will 100% be calling them for any plumbing needs in the future. Great customer service!

Tim was great! He explained the repairs clearly and was finished in a reasonable time. Very polite and friendly. Left the area just like he found it, no mess. Previous plumber from another company that first repaired gave me some song and dance about having to replace the subfloor. Tim echoed what I thought at the time...the prior plumber was out for money by doing unnecessary repairs. I will recommend Plumb Doctor to all of my friends.

Acme Plumbing has been a working part of my family for over 50 yrs. Up until 2014, we always got the BEST customer service. I recently called for service March 8, 2016. I asked to speak to a service tech in regards to some questions I had. Morgan informed me they were in a meeting and would return my call. I called another time only to get the same response from Morgan. When I called a third time at 4:00pm, the phones were already turned over to the answering service which could not help me. I called again March 9, 2016 at noon and requested to speak with a service tech. Morgan informed me they were in a meeting. I explained to Morgan my dilemma and how I had not received any return calls and I was trying to get service. She took my name and number. I received a call back from Scott Lee who informed me they no longer wanted my business. After using ONLY ACME for over 50 yrs and to have ALWAYS had the Utmost Customer Service and PROMPT return calls and service, I find it quite heartbreaking that a LOYAL customer would no longer be wanted by ACME. I will tell everyone I know to NEVER use ACME PLUMBING again as customer loyalty is not a part of business they are interested in. You have lost SEVERAL customers due to this circumstance. Almost ALL my family use, or has worked for ACME and to be treated with such disregard is just not something I want from a service company that, up until now, was my #1. Bob was right on time and he has excellent customer service and I will definitely call him again if I ever need any plumbing or system repairs.

I think Hamm & Sons is a really good plumber. Our whole family lives in Indianapolis and have used them for years. They are very honest and friendly and you dont get that feeling that they are trying to trick or overcharge you that you get with some home service companies.

We will definitely keep using Hamm & Sons Plumbing when we need repairs.

Found water pouring into our basement late in the evening. Called several plumbing services and Reasonable was the service that was able to respond. They made special accommodation and to get an excellent plumber out here and spent the time needed to identify and correct the issue. They had to return the next day to with the parts to correct the repair. Amazing service. Prevented a big problem from getting worse and was able to get bypass the issue and allow us to use water until the parts could be ordered and installed. Highly recommend.
