It was also great, since Hope experts, like Matt, really know old and renovated homes. I will definitely be using them again for any of my plumbing needs!

Great company. They worked within their quote on a plumbing remodel project, worked through some unplanned details and told some good plumbing stories. I'll have them back for future work.

I had mr. Rooter come out and snake out my main drain in my basement and he ran a camera which showed some roots in the drain he explained how to help my situation, cleaned up afterwards. Bill did a great job, I would highly recommend them to anyone that has issues with their Plumbing.

Overcharged.

Tim came out and successfully unplugged a clogged drain. I also asked to have an outside hose spigot replaced and they simply removed an aerator from the faucet head and he thought the leaking faucet was fixed. The faucet threads ended up being stripped and i couldn't connect a hose to use it.
Well, he came back out and charged me $550 to replace it from the inside and used likely in the neighborhood of $50 in parts. It took him about an hour to replace this.
Then he attempted to mortar around the spigot faucet in the stone wall and used a caulk of some type that sagged and fell out. He charged me $100 for this work($5 tube of caulk). I asked Tim for a refund and I will repair this seal myself. I never heard back from Plumb Doctor after several attempts to reach them.

UPDATE 8/31/2018 - The owner, John, did call me back to discuss my un-satisfied results and did personally come out to review the work and provide a credit that i asked for. I have added two stars to my original post for this company. His customer service commitment came through after all.

acme me plumbing came to my home on dat May 12 2018 first of all they charge 79.00 just to come out and over 500.00 just to clean the main Drain. I had Mr Quik here May 14th the charge was 99.00 so i would never recommend Acme plumbing to any one.

I have used Hamm & Sons Inc for multiple plumbing needs including emergency plumbing service as well as new plumbing installation. I have had them fix a toilet and sink and install a new water softener and basement bathroom. All service calls have been handled very quickly and efficiently. All new installations are very professional and within or under budget. I would not hesitate to call Hamm & Sons for any of my plumbing needs and would recommend them to anyone looking for professional plumbing services.

I live in a CP Morgan sub-division where the plumping was done with cheap materials which make it difficult to repair. They got everything taken care of despite the challenges faced.

I highly recommend them. Both the plumber, Floyd, as well as the owner, Solomon. Both excellent professionals who will do everything necessary to get it right.

They replaced all of my under-sink shut off valves, the main shut off valve for my house, and dealt with a toilet issue. They are coming back to install sinks after I get a new countertop and vanity top.

I'm also now considering having them do a laundry tub install and gas lines for a stove since my experience with them is so positive.
