Mike, our serviceman was knowledgeable and explained every step of the process of elimination with me. He is trustworthy and made sure I understood what was going on. He is an expert in his craft. Bob Snow did a great job identifying the problem, calling locates, and scheduling the repair! The gentleman that came to do the repair were very professional, fast, and had great communication throughout the process.

I think Hamm & Sons is a really good plumber. Our whole family lives in Indianapolis and have used them for years. They are very honest and friendly and you dont get that feeling that they are trying to trick or overcharge you that you get with some home service companies.

First, I’ll give a summary of the experience with Plumb On. Corey showed up when scheduled. He listened to the problems as I described them. He assured me that he could complete the repairs and gave me an estimated time to complete each job. He also quoted me the price to complete the work prior to beginning. He finished the job within his time estimate. Last, I’ll give my personal thoughts on the experience with the plumber. I was incredibly impressed with Corey’s professionalism. His commitment to excellence is something I’ve not seen very frequently when hiring a plumber. I would highly recommend Plumb On to others as I would without question call on the company again for anything plumbing related.

We had a late night sewage sump pump problem. Sewage was backed up in the basement bathroom and leaking from the tank cover. Needless to say I was in a panic. 24-7 Plumbing was very responsive and sent a plumber to us within the hour. The plumber, Clint, was very knowledgeable and professional. He determined the pump was burnt up and he replaced it. I was impressed with Clint’s workmanship and asked him to return the next day to examine the water sump pump for any problems. Turns out one of the two pumps was also burnt up. Clint explained my options and I chose to have both pumps replaced as a precautionary measure since they were 10 years old. I would highly recommend this company and will call on them for my future plumbing needs.

When I booked the appointment they told me it would be $93 or free for the first 100 feet to open the sewer line. He gets there and determines it probably doesn’t need run but he can for an additional $325 plus a $97 trip charge. I asked him about the price advertised online he told me that was not correct. Them charged me $97 to show up and do nothing.

Did a wonderful job, installing kitchen sink, whole house water filter. He is wonderful and perfectionist. We are really happy with the work.

When a company that 'specializes in older homes' couldn't clear my main sewer line in my older home and then advised me I need to dig, I was lucky enough to find Carter's My Plumber for a second opinion. Sean came to my property and was extremely professional and knowledgeable going over my options. He was able to clear my mainline in less than an hour. I choose to have Sean stay a little longer to clear all roots from my line. My line is now cleaner then ever before and I will no longer call anyone but Carter's for my plumbing needs.

They came out to unclog a main drain. They were not successful because their cable wasn't long enough. They rescheduled to come out with a bigger machine. But they didn't show and didn't call. When I called, Denice said they were on another job but would come out after that. When they still hadn't come out I called in one more time. That's when Denice told me they wouldn't be able to come that day at all. But no one had bother to let me know until I called. She said they could schedule for the following week. Instead I went with another company that could come out on Saturday. But that company only had a 100 ft cable and that wasn't long enough. So I tried one more time with Curt and Jerry because they confirmed they had a longer cable. I scheduled it for today but told Denice several times that it couldn't be between 2:15 and 3:15 when I had another commitment. That's exactly when service person called to notify that he was on his way. When I told him I couldn't make it then, he asked if my tenant could. I told him I would check and call back. It took all of two minutes to learn that in fact my tenant was home and could meet them. But by the time I called back serviceman said he was already on his way to another job and couldn't do it, but said he'd come over afterwards which should be some time around 3 pm. I called at 3:30, Denice couldn't tell me when they would be over but assured me I was next and they would be over today. I asked if she could check with them to make sure they could make it. She said she couldn't bother them. They never came. When I tried calling around 4:30 - office was already closed. Denice never called to let me know they wouldn't be coming over. Pretty lousy customer service. I'm disappointed because I had used Curt and Jerry before and they did good work. But this was repeatedly poor customer service.

We have used Peterman Brothers for about 7 years in two residences for all HVAC and plumbing needs. All employees have been respectful and very competent. We especially enjoy the diversity of employees, all of them friendly. Several are excellent problem solvers! Prices are competitive. We recommend them often to neighbors and friends.

Jason, was super professional and honest with me.. we had two faucets that were running low pressure, he knew exactly what was wrong, and also didn’t charge me an arm and leg!! HIGHLY recommended this company!!
