Had an unsatisfactory experience with Mr.Plumber on Wednesday. Decided to go w/Roto-Rooter @ midnight on Friday when my lines backed up again in my crawlspace, creating raw sewage in my basement. My service tech (Kris) was at my house in less than a 1/2 hour. He cleared my line, looked at all aspects of my plumbing, told me pertinent info...all @ midnight in the cold rain! He was pleasant, knowledgeable & professional. I will continue to use Roto-Rooter & I will definitely need them since I have a 65yo home w/a lot of trees.

The water in the toilet in our master bathroom would not stop running. John with Plumbdoctor was able to quickly pinpoint the issue over the phone. John arrived on time and was very clean. He was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to explaining what and how he was going to install the new toilet. After the installation was finished John was very quick to clean up any mess he may have left. Thank you for the quick and simple business experience. 24/7 plumbing gas great service. Wes was my plumber and he was very professional and efficient at fixing my shower faucet and replacing the handle. I would highly recommend Wes as your plumber. I will use this company again!

I am very pleased with Mr. Plumber. They came on time, communicated well, told me exactly what to expect and how much it would cost and did exactly that. All the technicians were very personable and professional. I really like that they worked in teams. Also Mr. Plumber has been very reasonable priced so far. Another local service rep shared John's number and couldn't say enough nice things about him. References by mouth mean much more, so I called. Julie, their receptionist, was pleasant and listened carefully to my issues. She assured me Tyler would be here asap in the morning. Tyler texted as I was advised he would do before he got here. Drain Busters Indy, a company that has no Competition in my book. I called Mark at 9 O'clock on a Saturday Night. He was leaving a job and decided he could accept our job and would be here to help us. In less than an hour he pulled up. Great Timing!! identified our issue and resolved it. He also discovered an underlying issue that needs attention soon. No hard selling or pressure. He told us what needs to happen and if we need him to do it, just call.

We had water dripping from the second floor into the first floor. We were highly concern about the problem. We needed to get it fixed ASAP. I called like 12 plumbers, and none could help us (2 plumbers told me that they could fix it in two weeks, 2 plumbers stood us up, and 8 plumbers never returned our calls). So I went on google and found Indianapolis Plumbing Services. He answered my call right away. He told me was doing a job on the other side of Indianapolis but that he would come see the problem when he was done. He came that same night around 8PM. He told me what the problem was and told me he could come fix it the next morning, which was Saturday morning. It was a priority for us to get it fixed. He finished the whole job on Saturday. He did a phenomenal job. I was very impressed with his work ethic, professionalism, and quality of work. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber.
