Ben, is very knowledgeable and patient. I know nothing about plumbing and he explained everything throughly to me. He is an awesome plumber, he did an amazing job. I also like the fact that everyone at Hope is in tune with one another. They all correspondent to make sure the job was done correctly. They are very prompt as well.

Nick & Dale did an awesome job on our plumbing work. I would recommend this company to family & friends.

My home was without heat for 6days and Five nights! Dealing with a home warranty 12/28/2021 to 01/04/2022 company who (said someone would call 24hrs NOTHING HAPPENED)warranty company didn't give a hoot about me and my family beening without heat in our home(yes I cancelled that warranty company real quick)! I got on phone call 6am (Monday fed-up with warranty company took matters into my own hands), called other plumbing companies only to be told we can come out Wednesday..WHAT!
Then PLUMBERS AIR+ showed up on my phone. I called they answered IMMEDIATELY ! Spoke with a WONDERFUL woman soft spoken I told her my dilemma, she replied Oh my goodness, we can have someone come out today! I said yes please! I received a text with a picture showing me what the repairman look like and a Bio of his background. This person was Belfret an AWESOME man who show and explained every thing requarding the malfunction of my furnace! He and his team worked from sun up to late in night! Belfret and team told me don't worry you will not spend another night in the cold ! He and his team worked diligently until my furnace was completely installed and my waterheater too! We found a leak coming from our washer water hookup and wanted to replace our outdoor water faucets at the same time. They came out that day on time (actually early, but he called to make sure it was ok). Dustin was fantastic! He said that all we would have to do is tighten something to stop the leak and there wouldn’t be a charge for that. We opted to replace the whole thing because it was old anyways. The outdoor faucets look great and work fantastically. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and very honest. He also did not talk down to me, which is very important to me. The prices for Plumb Doctor are also very reasonable!

While dealing with a clogged toilet,Hamm and sons service arrived and dealt me a royal flush..great company to deal with..

Had 2 exterior taps replace and some additional work done . Had issue but they quickly and professionally resolved it to my satisfaction .

Our sewer drain was clogged, and they took care of it same day for under $100. Hayden was very nice and knowledgeable, letting me know what he was doing every step of the way without being condescending. He fixed the immediate issue and set us up to find a solution for the long-term problem.

Water heater went out, he told me to boil water for baths , and he would sell used water heater after his vacation, and charge to install

In February we had our fireplace on and we smelled gas so we turned off the fireplace and called Mansfield Plumbing (since they were recommended by Godby and that is who installed our fireplace).

On March 3rd, Dalton from Mansfield Plumbing came to the house and tightened 2 nuts inside the fireplace (near where the gas line came into the fireplace). He never checked anything else – not inside or outside, nor did he turn the gas on to check it. He was in our house for a maximum of 5 minutes (no joke). We were sent a bill IMMEDIATELY for $205 from them.

We did not turn on the gas fireplace again for a week or so and still smelled gas, so we called them again. Dalton returned and did some crazy, funky stuff outside. He assumed the gas smell was coming from the key insertion into the house, so he wanted to replace the connector outside. (Keep in mind that was why we originally called them and paid the $200 on March 3rd.) When he replaced the connector he moved it further away from the house (a good 12+ inches). He then came in and told us our key that turns on the fireplace no longer works that WE would have to go find/buy a 12-inch key AND a 12-in extender to be able to reach the new connector to be able to turn on the fireplace?? In the mean time he was going to just turn off the gas, so basically he never tested this new connector to see if it even worked correctly because we had no key to turn it on….. We were sent a bill IMMEDIATELY for $548 from them.

We then went to another plumbing store and bought a key and connector and SURPRISE – it did not work, so we had to call them again….. Another man came to the house (Richard) and now had to redo everything that Dalton did, and move the gas line and connector closer to the house so a normal 12-inch key will reach the turn value without the extender. To fix this problem he also had to replace the pipe coming into our house and made the hole a lot bigger…. Now that it is April, however, we can’t really check the fireplace to see if it works, but at least a key will turn it on…

Now, however, because he had to make the hole where the pipe comes into our house bigger we have to know have (another company) come out and try to fix the gush of air that is now constantly coming into our house from either the pipe or around the pipe and fix the tacky calk that is piled around the pipe on the outside of our house on the brick (tacky)……

We were promised they would “reevaluate” our bills and make it right with us, but that is not true. They made us pay all the originally bills. Bottom line this company got $753 from us and did a TERRIBLE job, and now we have to find someone to come and stop the cold air coming into our house by the pipe and fix the tacky patch job they did around the pipe on the outside of the house on the brick. (Have a picture of this.) So be ware and be prepared to pay a lot of money and probably not have it done correctly.

I am a remodeling contractor and exclusively use Top Dog Plumbing Solutions. They consistently do an excellent job. Top Dog is great at adhering to schedules and always punctual! I highly recommend this company!
