The technician was courteous and quick to diagnose the problem with the toilet. He provided a couple of different repair options and completed the work relatively quickly. Only complaint is the technician used two of my shower mat towels to soak up water and wrap the base of the toilet. Not a huge deal, but I would expect the technician to at least ask first and more preferably provide their own when doing plumbing repairs involving toilets, sewage, etc.

Jason came out today from Plumb Doctor to help with my shower that wouldn't shut off. He had the parts needed to fix the faucet but once opendo he realized he needed more tools to undo a stripped screw. He didn't complain, ran to LowesL came back and he was done in a jiffy. Very good customer service! He communicated well and made sure I understood what he was doing. I will definitely use Plumb Doctor again.

Summers Plumbing Heating and Cooling is a very professional business. They explained all of our options in a very clear manner. They included my husband in the process via phone and photos. There was zero pressure involved. They immediately put us on their schedule. Within 24 hours, we had a new system up and running. The installers were clean, courteous and professional. Communication was excellent. I received detailed text updates. The text messages also included pictures of the employees that would show up at my door. Installers placed down mats to help protect my flooring as they entered and exited our home. I highly recommend this company.

Godby installed a new A/C, Furnace, Thermostat and Humidifier. Duwayne, Joe and Kody were extremely professional, courteous, and responsive in each stage of the process from the sale of the equipment to the installation and explanation of each unit. Would highly recommend their services.

The folks at B&W are top-notch. They were very knowledgeable and helped me find a toilet to fit my needs. They gave me a list of brands and models with the cost involved plus installation.When Mitchell arrived he double checked that I knew what the price would be before he started working. He was polite, professional, and quick to remove my old toilet and install my new one.All in all B&W will now be my go to company for any future plumbing needs!

Danny and his team Rhonda and Domick that work on my issues did an amazing job. It is nice to work with a local business that will assist with our immediate needs that make sense and not try to high pressure sell us on expensive not needed add ons. They are a great value and would highly recommend them.

Rude

Gurney Bush is one of the best plumbing companies. We use them at my job commercially but I had never used them for my personal home issues until yesterday. My home warranty sent them out to do a repair to my home kitchen plumbing issues as Gurney is a preferred vendor of my home warranty company.

The tech, Josh was prompt, very knowledgeable, and very pleasant to deal with. He understood my issue fully immediately & resolve my issue while getting everything approved w/warranty company simultaneously. Talk about a completely smooth experience.

Initial walk through, design, and quote process was easy. Mark took the time to understand the issues and make recommendations.

Once the job started Mark was onsite and set the direction for the foreman. Everything was clearly communicated.

Foreman asked for feedback at the end of day one and nailed my asks for day two.

If I could write a lower star I would, it's extremely unprofessional to not stick to set appointment times. We had an appointment set for this afternoon, the receptionist attempted to change the time, I cannot change my work schedule or coordinate things last minute. They were rude, unprofessional and unable to commit to a set time.
If you value your time, you're better going with another company. If you have time to spare and wait or communicate with a rude receptionists this is the company for you!
