Came out to a leaking water heater on Friday afternoon. Indy Water Heater was able to get someone out that afternoon by 5pm. Office staff and onsite technicians were professional and pleasant. All work was completed and cleaned up like they were never there, other than a new water heater in my garage! Would highly recommend!

My work is not done, I am owed a water heater, water softener, hook up of the pressure tank. Almost paid in full and most of the work is not done. I question a few things that are done if they are done correctly. No one answers the phone now. Was told they went out of business last week. I called left two messages and now I get a busy single.
