Ryan did a great job communicating the process and needs. He was punctual and nice. Did a good job of explaining what was done, how and why. Cost was reasonable enough and I’m very happy with the results.

I was so pleased when I found out Sam was going to be my plumber today. He has been my plumber before when he worked at a previous company. As usual he was polite, knowledgable, clean, and respectful of my home...and he fixed my issues quickly. He was also great with my dogs! Any company should be grateful to have him as their plumber. I had a clogged sewer line that I was hoping to get cleared. I was told it would be $400 just to remove the toilet and look in the pipe. I was also told in order to clear the blockage once they locate it they would have to install a new clean out for $3,000-$5,000, though they couldn't tell me a specific price. I had my toilet off before they even left my driveway and did it myself for for about 100$ with a Home Depot rental auger. I paid them 49$ for coming to talk to me. I found it hard to believe that a professional with high quality tools couldn't have cleared my line for less than $3,400-$5,400 when I did it myself my first try with a basic piece of rental equipment. I was very disappointed.

Joedy was very personable and honest when he gave my estimate. Larry and Brad were very good and informative. They treated my house as if it were there own and always closed doors, gates along w/ putting covers over shoes. The job was done promptly and would recommend them for any other plumbing needs. They were even able to find a way to save me some money without getting electrician involved. I’m always wanting to support a good family local business, and would use them again.

Fantastic service! Replaced my water heater quickly and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I have a very difficult basement to move things in and out of and he was able to replace the water heater with no issues. I highly recommend using this company as they will give honest and fair diagnoses and fix problems hassle free in a very timely manner. Excellent!!

We trusted Mr Rooter because of our previous experience with service professional, Randy, so we called Mr Rooter intentionally when we needed something this time, even though we had lots of coupons from other plumbing providers through mailers.
This time we had service professional Cory, and he was also very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Both technicians had such positive attitudes and were very skilled. We were amazed at the quality of people they have in their company. It felt like they were passionate about their profession, did quality work and gave us the best service they could... it did not feel like they were just putting in their time at a job. Both times it was in the evening, when they probably had already put in a long day, but you would never know they were tired and ready to be done!

I had called Roto Rooter out for help with a gas line that ended up being much more complicated than I originally explained to them. Anyway, while the technician, Kyle, was out here he smelled a gas leak that I had no idea I had (our furnace and water heater are behind closed closet doors). He quickly found and fixed our leaks right then and there. I’m so greatful that he came out! Thank you Kyle!

We always use Hamm & Sons for all our plumbing needs. We live in an older house and have had to have the drain cleaned, pipes all switched out all our old metal piping and fixed various leaks throughout the years.
