The work that was done, was done well and quickly. Price however seemed high in my opinion, but I needed the work done to move forward with my project. The plumber was very nice and courteous, nothing against him. $900 to have a water line for a toilet, and a hot a cold line run for a shower for a newly framed (still open) bathroom addition with Pex (not copper which would be more expensive), not actually hooked up to the faucet, taking a total of maybe 2.5 hours seems quite high. Again, the plumber was nothing but nice and the work was done quickly, and I knew the price given the quote, but it was my only day available and I wish the price was less.

I'm a DIY'er myself, but Had a clogged drain I was unable to fix. Donny came over right on time. Ran the snake down the drain twice. Tested it, ran the sink water for several minutes. He was Very professional, courteous, wore his shoe cover things in the house, polite and straightforward.

They text me when they were on there way, showed up and were very personal and unfortunately could not help me with my issue but in the future I would use them again.

Sean was so professional and courteous. He worked on my kitchen sink that has a very difficult drain that he spent hours working on. He explained everything to me in a way I understood and it was great service.

The technicians worked very hard repairing my clean out drain. They didn’t give up when things were going south. Would definitely call again for all my plumbing needs!

They supposedly emptied my septic tank and not even two months later it is full and overflowing into my pipes, I tried to call and find out why they gave me the run-around and eventually said they would come and do it again(for more than they did it for the first time) and then said they would call me back to schedule a appointment and I have not heard from them since

We chose Steg plumbing since other contractors in our area refused to install items we had already purchased. It appeared as if the other contractors needed to get their markup on products they supplied as well as the labor necessary to install these items. With the purchase of our appliance at a national big box store and the quote from Steg plumbing the job would cost us just under $900. Comparing this to a quote from a well-known, heavily advertised local plumber we were saving $1400 on our job. We went into this with a little anxiety hearing horror stories about you never select the lowest bid but that is far from what we experienced. The same person that came out to bid the job was the same person who came to install our job and that is a huge plus. Not only are you relieved of the need to explain everything again you are also assured that what was quoted is what is being done. They arrived within minutes of their scheduled time, completed the work in a professional manner and cleaned up not only after themselves but also after me when I had setup my hose to drain the lines before they arrived. I would recommend Steg plumbing and also plan to use them in the near future when I finish my basement.
