Alex P was extremely helpful and thorough when cleaning our pipes. Explained the cause and how to keep maintenance on our pipes for the longevity of our sewage system. Would love to ask for him again.

I called them due my faucet breaking, and was able to schedule a appointment for the next day. The person they sent was polite, professional, and answered any questions I had. They were able to diagnose the problem and install a new faucet quickly and efficiently.

QPH is a very professional and cooperative company. I work an internet service provider as the maintenance/custodian and it’s my responsibility to schedule maintenance and repairs of the office amenities. Installed unit last summer. Only 6 months maintenance. Arrived today insisting I pay for service call and pay for maintenance contract. Felt no customer service unless you're paying thousands of dollars

The gents we're very helpful, patient and understanding. My wife and I are first time home buyers and the sudden cost wasn't a welcome one. Thankfully they were quick to work and got our pipes replaced before the gas guy came. Would recommend, maybe not for the price but definitely for their hard work.

Bill installed a new dishwasher, took care of some electric wiring issues that I messed up trying to do the job myself. Very professional and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Service 1 figured out what was causing a leak coming from out shower that 2 prior plumbers could not. Figured out and fixed the problem in 45 minutes, and for a very reasonable price. Very professional and friendly service, and were able to arrive 1 hour early. I highly recommend this plumber!
