The guys were on time, professional, were courteous of keeping our home floors clean with coverings on their boots, and did a quality job. There was a miscommunication between the price the office gave us and the price the guys who came to the house were charging, and they were nice enough to honor the price given to us over the phone by the office. We really appreciated that.

On a Saturday morning, I called in about a pilot light I couldn't get started. I received a call back in minutes and was advised how to fix the issue over the phone for free. I highly recommend calling them if you have any plumbing issues.

Kenny and his partner did an amazing job! They not only swept the water that leaked around my leaky old hot water heater but every inch of my garage floor, including all of the sycamore leaves that had blown in this fall that I had been too lazy to sweep away myself! My experience was great! Robert was on time and professional and I was pleased from the start. We had several damaged electrical items repaired. Everything was working when he left and we were provided explanations on what was wrong. Very thorough service. We also spent less than originally anticipated which is always nice. Would come back again and highly recommend!

They are very thorough but are kinda pricey

We needed some plumbing relocated for a shower. Vince came out the next day, called ahead, showed up on time, understood what we were asking for, provided a quote, knocked out the work, and thoroughly explained what he did and why. It was a great experience and we’ll request Vince for our vanity installs.

Examined sump pump and water softener. Gave competitive quotes for repairs and replacements and fixed the issue with my sump pump alarm going off without any problems.

Had Sears home warranty and Final Touch was the contractor for my plumbing job. They fixed the dripping faucet (replaced faucet) once replaced now I have a leak under my sink. They don't want to fix. The sink wasn't leaking prior to faucet replacement. Poor customer service.

They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!
