Our tech, JP, was great. I explained to him what the problem was and he knew exactly what he needed to do. The price was very reasonable. It was actually better and a lot less than I thought. He did such a good job I joined Hope's membership program. It's very reasonable ($8/ month for a year). Living in an older home in Irvington, this membership has actually given me some peace of mind. Ask about it when you contact Hope Plumbing for your plumbing needs. No I am not affiliated with them. Just a great company.

We had a leak in our basement which ended up being a serious plumbing issue. Any water that went through our pipes ended up on the basement floor. After receiving recommendations and quotes from several companies, we chose 1-800-PLUMBER+AIR. They understood the urgency of our situation and Tammy (sp?) was extremely kind in her communications with us. David and Jerel were very pleasant to work with in an unpleasant situation. They provided details of what they were doing along the way to ensure we understood the reasoning. They also made sure their work was inspected by the city. David gave us some tips about our water softener which was very helpful as well! The owner, Wendy, contacted us which was a pleasant surprise! We also needed a letter regarding the work done and Kyle supplied it the very next day. We will definitely use them again!

I've seen reviews from others saying this company is rude. I have NEVER found them to be rude, just frank and honest! I find that refreshing so my time and money won't be wasted if for some reason I would need to call someone else. We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc.They tend to exceed my expectations. I would HIGHLY recommend them! Keep up the great work!!!

Jason was very helpful before he even came out to my house! He got here in the time window that was provided and called me when he was on his way. He was very professional and of the job done quickly! He replaced the bathroom exhaust fan and even explained what my home warranty company would and wouldnt pay for ahead of time so that I wouldn’t be surprised later. Julio, Douglas, Nathan, Tommy & Shane did an amazing job on our house they’re professional, on time, clean and pay attention to detail. They do not slack off at all and get the job done right. So glad these were they guys coming in they are a good representation on this company and it’s standards!
