Hope Plumbing inspected an issue we were having in one of our bathrooms. They made an appointment that was convenient for me. I received a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to their arrival. Jacob Waycott was incredibly professional and walked me through an overall inspection of my plumbing. I requested a few estimates and he took the time to break down the different jobs into separate estimates. Although only an inspection was performed on this visit, the professional service guaranteed that I will be using Hope Plumbing for my plumbing needs.

My husband and I worked with Kyle. He was great to work with. Arrived promptly, provided great service and answered about ten thousand of my questions with a great attitude and friendly demeanor. He did exactly what we asked for on the job and made sure everything was functioning as it should be before leaving. Price was very reasonable and we would 100% hire him again for future needs.

When I had a leak from my hot water line in the small crawlspace of my 100 yr old home, I called one of the plumbers from the radio. Upon inspection, the were Quick to tell me that their only solution was to re-plumb my entire house. I called Mr. Weilhammer. He came by the house on short notice solved my problem in a very timely and economical manner. You can't beat honest contractors. Thank you!

We use Godby a lot — mostly for heating/air maintenance , and periodically for plumbing when needed. Their service, friendliness, attention to detail, and skills are outstanding.

Lance aways does a great job with my AC maintenance. He informed me of some issues the AC was having with my fan motor. When I called back in to get the repair done he came right out to do the job. I would highly recommend Armor Air and I will be using them in the future.

My furnace stopped working at 1am, submitted a claim at 1:30am, and Chad was out at my house by 10:30am the same day. He was very communicative, upfront with pricing, and how I can be proactive with any future repairs! Chad was also very respectful, professional, quick, and clean! My home warranty company dispatched The Final Touch company for a plumbing issue in my basement. I had no cold water coming from my bathtub/shower. The original appointment was set for a Tuesday however they called the Friday before saying they could be at my house in 20 minutes. Great! Cameron showed up and attempted to assess the issue. He was on the phone consulting someone else for most of his time. Long story short, they advised I needed a new valve body and said I’d be responsible for removing my tub/shower so they can gain access. (As well as putting it back afterwards). I should also mention , that after he finished with his diagnosis, he put the tub/shower fixture back on incorrectly leaving a gap between the wall plate and knob. That didn’t sound correct to me and I looked up online afterwards if their company were actually licensed plumbers. I couldn't find anything other than a general contractor’s license to generate their company’s name (basically if you pay $250, have liability insurance and workers comp) and you can become a “general contractor”. (handyman basically, IMO). I decided to call a local licensed plumber as a 2nd opinion and he diagnosed the issue immediately.(balancer cartridge). The cartridge was $65 and took 5 minutes to replace. No tearing out of my bathroom as suggested by this company. I’m happy I went with my gut and hired a licensed plumber but had I listened to The Final Touch , I’d be out $1000’s for tearing out and replacing a tub/shower that did not need replaced . - morale of the story - check the licensing to make sure companies are qualified to do the work they say they can do

We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

I was referred to this group by my realtor. I called to set up an appt for a House we were going to buy. He asked for an inspection report and pic and my realtor sent that to him. He said I need to look at the property and we set that up. After about a week and half he emails my realtor saying this is not a good fit for us. We were only looking for an estimate and not asking him to fix everything right then and there. We called him to ask for an explanation or what was going on no one called us back. Then finally we just get an email saying basically good luck with no explanation. What is not a good fit my accent the way I look or the car I drive. You should give a decent explanation if you choose not to work with someone. You wanted our time and delayed our closing dates. I would not recommend them to anyone as they are not reliable or trust worthy.

Complete rip-off. I’d give him ZERO STARS if an option. Robert Poteet is a liar, and dishonest person and will cheat you out of your money. I am not his first victim. This guy intentionally damaged my HVAC system, then tried to tell me I needed a new one. Took money from me and never returned . Robert Poteet- look him up on Indiana Courts mycase.in.gov.
