Excellent experience with Hope plumbing— have used them to install a new front-yard mainline cleanout (where Hope offered by far the most cost-effective option), as well as water heater and valve replacement. Pricing is fair, staff is incredibly professional, overall a well-run operation. Work was completed in older homes (70 yo+), and felt like staff was knowledgeable and consultative about options and potential challenges.

Quality work at a fair price. I have used Benjamin Franklin at my house since it was built 15 years ago. My Water heater is still the original when the house was built due to their maintenance I had them do and 9 years ago installing Easy Water to break down hard water. We had a clog in our main drain and Puia came out first thing and fixed it with no problems. He wore a mask into our house without us even asking him and he kept his social distance. I really appreciated how quickly he was able to help us solve our problem.

Gary came by for our annual AC tune up and, as usual, provided excellent customer service. He gave advice about how to keep the HVAC filter clean, let us know our AC is working just fine, cleaned the coils, and tightened up some bolts to keep it from rattling. He answered all of my questions and was polite and professional. If you need plumbing, heating, or cooling services, I highly recommend calling Summers!

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and the sink wouldn't hold water. Big Frog came out bright and early. They found the source of the leak, fixed it, put in a new basket strainer and a new disposal. My cast iron sink needed an overhaul and BigFrog did it.
