Best Drain Problems in Indianapolis IN

Our water heater went out on a Sunday night. We called and got several high estimates first thing Monday morning.. When John McNeil came out he was fast,friendly, and gave us a very reasonable estimate and we needed hot water as soon as possible because of an elderly, handicapped family member living in the house. Now here is where this company and John really shines. John, who by the way recently had shoulder surgery, found out there could be a delay getting someone out that day so he said he would do it for us. This was very impressive and John didn't have to go above and beyond...but he did. That's real old fashioned customer service. Hope plumbing is our go to place now for our plumbing needs. John you're a true caring human being and during these trying times it was so refreshing to see such good works from just one young man. Bless you sir.

Jeff was very courteous. He worked on our washer pipe that was vibrating from the washer being run--water hammer noise --and looked at our garbage disposal and found it working OK. He checked our water heater and found it OK.

called to get advice on what could be causing my hot water pressure to decrease. weilhammer was the only one who responded with good practical advice over the phone without coming over and charging a service fee. very helpful! i will remember them if i need a plumber.

Wow. Roto-Rooter and their crew (specifically Doug) did a great job from start to finish. I had roots in my clay pipes in Broad Ripple and they fixed me right up. I really appreciate their vast knowledge of the many issues I had and how they kept me informed the whole way. Plus I have a 5 year warranty. Happy to have them as a part of my home service team. On the morning of August 31st, 2017 I called ACME due to a septic issue. I'd called a handful of other places and been told that it would be at least a week before they could come out. Upon calling ACME the woman that answered the phone was friendly, upfront about pricing, and thought she could maybe get someone to my house that day if I was willing to be flexible.
My toilets would not flush and I had family inbound to stay for the weekend, totally cool with me to be flexible.
Throughout the day the tech assigned to me texted and called me to update on what time he would be at my house. I was his last stop of the day before he could start his weekend, but you couldn't tell it. Shane was friendly, efficient, and offered up many tips on how to keep my septic system healthy going forward. After he finished we stood around and chatted, sharing deer hunting stories and pics, well past when he could have just cut the conversation short, ran my credit card, and headed home to his family. As a manager of 70 employees (EMTs and Paramedics) myself, I can only hope our people are as polite, professional, and good humored as Shane was that day.
There is only one plumbing and septic company name in my phone now.
It was very evident to me that ACME cares about their customers and their employees demonstrate it.

A friendly plumber gave me an estimate on fixing a leak in my crawl space and moving my water cutoff above my floor. Everything was good until the $750 estimate. This estimate was way, way too high. How do I know? After I declined, I went to Lowes and spent $100 on supplies, then fixed it myself in 2 hours. It would have been much less for Roby, as I had to buy tools and 100ft of pipe, when I only needed 4. In other words, if the professional was as slow as I am, they were asking $350/hour.

Plumbers need to figure out that with shark/gator bite connectors, amateurs can do a sufficient job easily. I would have preferred to pay a fair price to have a pro do the work, but I'm not interested in getting ripped off.

The staff at Gurney J Bush are awesome! They are very thorough and have helped us out quite a few times and helped us to resolve issues!
