We had them set up to scope a sewer line for us on a home we were purchasing. The Seller arranged to be home during the arrival window to give them access, we were given a heads up he was on the way and we passed that along to the seller and the tech did not even get out of the van to knock on the door for access. He called me while I was in a meeting and then left without even walking up the driveway to see if someone was there. That is terrible customer service and pretty sad from all my years of working with contractors.

I called carters plumbing( highly recommended by our insurance agent) the same day they came out. Steven was the plumber that was sent ,even thought it was late he worked diligently to fix our broken pipe under the house. Steven was very professional and explained everything. He completed the repair and charged us a very fair price. Steven explained that the repair would be guaranteed for two years. I will be calling Carters again and requesting Steven. In the fast pace world we live in where customers only represent numbers to companies , it’s very refreshing to work with a company that truly treats customers like family only better. Thank you, we will be recommending you to everyone we know!
