Very prompt, polite, and professional. Made it to our house in 30 minutes and finished with the entire service in less than 2 hours. It was raining outside for the better part of the morning and the technician immediately put booties on over his shoes before entering our home, which I greatly appreciated since we have a little one running around. If you have a plumbing need, call them! You won’t regret it!

Hayden was very professional and helpful. I had a different company out the day before they advised the drain was full of grease and would need to be jetted. Mr. Plumber came out and was able to get my sink drain cleared in a matter of minutes. He cleaned everything up and arrived early durning a blizzard ! Definitely recommend using this business.

They did a FANTASTIC job! Jerome Poole was absolutely amazing. He was very polite and profession. Explained everything; simple to understand. They were fast about coming. We had one company that couldn't make it until Wednesday and another until Friday but Armor Air came right away as we were without water since Saturday and have two disabled, elderly moms living with us. I would definitely recommend them to everyone and will always re-use their services when needed. Thank you very much and have a wonderful Holiday.

Although I was not happy to have to replace my furnace and air conditioning, I was very happy with the service that I received. Sean was here and helpful. Brian did a marvelous job and was here for as long as it took to get everything running, and Adam finished .the job off today in a timely and wonderfully efficient manner. It was wonderful dealing with such excellent service people. They were kind, onsiderate, clean, and efficient. Thank you gentlemen.

The technicians were all friendly and knowledgeable. Comfort Advisor Mike was very thorough and patient. Our new furnace is so much quieter and we are much more comfortable, and the price was a lot less than quotes we received from Williams and that other Peter something company.

Lal came out and fixed a clogged line. It was pricey but I don't blame him for that. Honestly, due to his professionalism alone I would use Roto Rooter again. Last plumber left a mess all over my house but Lal went above and beyond to ensure that didn't happen.

Don't bother unless you like being stood up. I waited on this company for hours and re arranged my whole day just so they could not show and not bother to call and tell me they couldn't make it. When I tried to call them, both of their numbers were shut off and went to voicemail. Very unprofessional!

Kevin and Jake were awesome. Spent multiple hours at my house working through each system until they found the issue. Good pricing and great service. Will definitely use them in the future.
