OH my - LD Smith is the best.......about 1.5 year ago they repaired my sewer line in Butler-Tarkington. We are now selling and the inspection showed a break in the line in the street. New development. So we had the inspection report back at 4:30 Friday. Monday at 8:15 am I call them, forward the inspection video, they had my file and all documents, reviewed the video and our file. Called us back about 2 pm. TJ was at the house the next day and submitted a request to Citizen Gas since the line break is in the street. Regardless of who has to pay for this - the fact that they had the documentation , incredible response and able to keep our sale moving forward on good faith! Amazing professionalism. Highly recommend LD Smith Plumbing!

I was so impressed by the efficiency and dedication of Service Plus. Their service technician, Collin, was able to figure out an underlying issue that had present since we moved into our home and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and had working heat before leaving. He had a great personality and took time to explain to us what the issue was and how to circumvent in the future. This service is highly recommended based on our experience!!

Corey is super responsive, professional, honest and does a great job! We will use him for all of our plumbing needs. He replaced several faucets for us, repaired a toilet and replaced a broken outdoor spigot.

We had a toilet drain issue for about 3 days. Hunter, Warren, and the rest of the team tried many options and finally solved our drainage issue. They were very patient with all our questions/concerns us since we did not have a toilet for basically 48 hours straight. I appreciate all their hard work in getting the job done.

I had a major hot water tank leak. David responded quickly to my request and was able to come out the next day. He kept me informed as to when he would arrive so I was able to get other things done as opposed to being stuck waiting. He was courteous and thorough and talked me through all my options. I needed a new tank and he went and got what was needed even though it was almost 5pm and came back and finished the job so we could have hot water that night. He made sure my utility area was clean and tidy after he completed the job and I very much appreciated that he stayed until 7 pm to take care of my issue. The price was reasonable and the service was great.

Awful service, They said that they can't put a camera down our main plumbing pipe and flushed the toilets then said everything was fine, Then i called another company and they came out put there camera down the pipe perfectly and now fixing it.
DONT USE THIS SERVICE

If I could write a lower star I would, it's extremely unprofessional to not stick to set appointment times. We had an appointment set for this afternoon, the receptionist attempted to change the time, I cannot change my work schedule or coordinate things last minute. They were rude, unprofessional and unable to commit to a set time.
If you value your time, you're better going with another company. If you have time to spare and wait or communicate with a rude receptionists this is the company for you!

Jacob and Robin came to clean my air ducts today and were incredible from the time they got here until they left. My house was pretty messy and we had to move some furniture in order to get to a vent, they were very pleasant and professional. They explained what they were doing and allowed me to see what was going on. 100% would recommended these two guys to everyone!
