Carlos was amazing. My dogs loved him and so he saved me money on doggie daycare for the days he was here. Also he was friendly, clean, and knowledgeable about his craft. He prepared several options and scenarios to help me stay within my budget. I highly recommend Hope Plumbing and will request Carlos in the future.

I'm very happy with the work. Ronnie and Nathan both were very pleasant individuals and knew their profession. They also cleaned up after they finished. I want to thank then for their work. I do have
one problem though.
After talking with my daughter and found out that she had a new water heater installed for $1000.00
Less than what I paid. If they call me and make things right I'll change this post and make things right myself.

On a Saturday morning, I called in about a pilot light I couldn't get started. I received a call back in minutes and was advised how to fix the issue over the phone for free. I highly recommend calling them if you have any plumbing issues.

I knew I was going to purchase a home that was built in 1920 last December. I was very familiar with the overall condition of the home so I began to shop for different services which I knew it would require. In January I purchased a voucher for Roto Rooter plumbing services for $149. When I did not follow up with Roto Rooter and make an appointment they sent me a message through the Angie’s List portal asking me to schedule a date. At that time, I told them I would be using their services at some time in the future and I explained the situation. At the end of May, I sent another email requesting to schedule an appointment on the day that I closed on my house.We scheduled for June 10th and a fantastic plumber showed up and did exactly what he was supposed to. My problem started with a site upgrade done by Angie’s List. Suddenly, my vouchers are no longer in my payment history. There is just a note telling me to call if nothing is there. I did and the entirety of the office was out attending a companywide event. I have 9 messages between Roto Rooter’s Cindy and CK Cooke and since they first contacted me when I didn’t immediately call to spend my voucher I just knew they had some information regarding my purchase. Little did I know I was about to become Roto Rooters vessel for repeated denials and incredulity. The anti-helpful customer service representative said she was going to help me. Her help: she would sell me a voucher from the Roto Rooter site for $40 against my $150 bill. According to the representative they have never talked to me before today despite my 9 messages from Roto Rooter employees and their call to me this morning to schedule for today. I go on to be accused of lying and trying to defraud Roto Rooter. So because they will not attempt to confirm the information I am telling them, I have to pay another $150 to the plumber along with being besmirched by multiple employees and the manager who was promised to call and resolve the problem never did.My problem is not that something went wrong; stuff happens. It is no one was willing to even try to confirm what I told them and everyone was willing to accuse me of lying despite having a representative in my home in front of my computer who could see the messages I was referring to. They did not want to fix it. Everyone was satisfied with the take an extra $150 solution. Do you have an extra $150 to pay because of someone else’s folly? If you do, no worries but I don’t and it hurt me.Addendum 06/16/16:This is my second review of this incident. Why then am I writing a second entry? Because in the course of doing business, sometimes bad things are going to happen; even the best businesses are going to have some unfortunate events which occur for any number of reasons and the measure of the business is not whether or not these things happen but what management does once they are aware of the situation to resolve the matter.The original incident occurred late in the afternoon on a Friday. To my surprise, bright and early Saturday morning I received a call from the Customer Service Manager apologizing for the problem and promising to handle it as expeditiously as possible. A few hours later, I received a call from the Regional Manager who apologized for the problem offered me a satisfactory settlement of the problem and assurance that the people involved would be re-trained regarding the issues that came up during my service call. I received a third call Saturday afternoon just to confirm that all of my needs had been met and that the situation had been resolved to my satisfaction. Further, they wanted to ensure that I would give them another opportunity to service my needs and I will. As I said, bad things are going to happen sometimes and the question is what you do about it. They went above and beyond during off hours to make sure that my service needs were met and my ancillary issues resolved.In the end, Roto Rooter hit this one out of the park.

Bob is a really great guy who did not hesitate to give me some great common sense advice regarding our rocking horse toilet. He quoted me a fair price and was honest. This guy is great! He is officially my go to guy for all my future plumbing needs!

Jonathan was courteous and efficient. Drain was cleared and everything cleaned up after.

Corey is super responsive, professional, honest and does a great job! We will use him for all of our plumbing needs. He replaced several faucets for us, repaired a toilet and replaced a broken outdoor spigot.

I came home on Sunday night to a water leak from my upstairs bathroom. Big Frog came first thing before anymore damage to my ceiling occurred. They were able to stop the leak quickly and educate me on how to prevent this problem in the future. Professional and knowledgeable all around. Will use again.

I woke up this morning to a flooded bathroom. I called Mr. Plumber’s emergency line and they were able to have an emergency technician to my home within a very reasonable timeframe for a Sunday. Zoe was our technician. She gave me a call twice - once to get an overview of the issue and then a second time to let me know she was on her way. Zoe was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was extremely professional, pleasant, personable, knowledgeable, and was very quick to diagnose the issue. Zoe also went out of her way to clean up what ended up being quite a mess after she completed her work. Thank you so much Zoe!

Needed to have some work done on our kitchen plumbing. They came out within a week of initial call to do the estimate. When I called to schedule, they were available the very next day. Were quick and professional, and finished within their estimate. Highly recommend!

Service was good:price too high

Replaced water heater. The price and service was the best out there. Jason Probst was installer. Very personable and friendly. Highly recommend. I will be using this company for all future needs.

Water heater installed incorrectly and 2 other companies verified the job wasn't done to code. When confronted they refused to make the changes or respond to the Better Business Bureau. They also installed my heater and in less than 2 years it is already having issues. I just placed a service call, with a different company, because it isn't working properly. The furnace also was installed poorly and the filters get jammed and are difficult to remove and install. This company is the worst customer service I have dealt with and this is the first google review I've ever done because I read reviews and I wish I had read one like this before selecting them from Angie's List. I cancelled my Angie's List subscription because my experience with this company was so awful.

The reply that I declined any offer is inacurate. I have 2 company documents stating the improper installation and their quotes to correct it. You denied any responsibility. Angie's List also confirms you were unwilling to proceed and make things right. Angie's List recommended I submit to Better Business Bureau which I did and I have in writing that you declined to respond to them, as well. The furnace, which is less than 2 years old, has broken down and I am currently paying more to fix these faulty jobs than I paid for the water heater and furnace to begin with. The lack of customer service and overall treatment of your customers was enough for me to write my first Google review in hopes that other people won't pay $ down the road to correct bad installations or receive poor customer service.

Jason was so refreshing after having experienced Mister Qwik! A representative from Mister Qwik gave us a ridiculous price to fix our shower leak. He also stated we will most likely be charged the same, if not more, with the other big plumbing companies. We decided to continue searching and thank goodness we found Jason!!! He was professional, knowledgeable and personable !! There was no sales pitch. Thank you Jason!!

We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!
