We had a bit of a plumbing emergency, and they were very accommodating and managed to fit us in the same day I called. The tech was experienced and thorough, and he clearly explained our options. Everything works great now. Really appreciate the extra effort!

We needed a plumber fast to unclog a drain crucial to daily water usage in our home. LD Smith was able to come ASAP! We appreciate their low service fee that is waived if work is done, their call and text alert that someone is on the way - accompanied by a picture and name of the technician that is coming. Our technician, Alex, was prompt, knowledgable, curteous and very helpful! We will definitely be using LD Smith Plumbing again!

I requested service for a leaky tub facet in guest bathroom. Decided to replace fixtures in guest and master bedroom since they were a little dated. Called RR and they sent a plumber, PUIA (#5565), to fix problem at 8pm (note time). From arrival he seemed confused since he said it was for a kitchen faucet replacement. I clarified it was for a leaky faucet in bathroom. He looked at the replacement hardware and said it would require tearing hole in the wall to replace and recommended just replacing valves and using similar hardware. He said it would be cheaper. He didn't have parts and had to leave and return with them. He started with guest bathroom and literally took an hour and a half trying various combinations of turning pressure up and down pressure for hot and cold before the leaking stopped. I don't believe it was issue was ever related, but a bad replacement part. On to the master bath where there was NO leakage, just replacement of valve, knob, I already changed spout. This began what became an over 2.5 hour nightmare of incompetence! He literally created a leak where there was none and could not fix it after working on it until 12:45am (this is not a typo)! I had to ask him to stop so I could go to sleep for work. He said to fix, it would require getting into drywall and replacing valves and he could return if I wanted to do work. Ultimately, I knew the issue had to be with the replacement valve since it was never leakage before he tried to fix it. Replaced it and knob and it stopped leaking! Can't tell you the level of frustration when calling for professional plumber to resolve a basic leaking issue and they leave having created one costing me $600 dollars regardless! If you get PUIA as plumber, request someone else to save yourself TIME, money and frustration! My lesson is Youtube is a resource to save being price gouged.

The best part about bob is that he is honest, he is not some pressure tactic salesperson. He does great work also. He is easy to communicate with and he comes out diagnoses the problem, gives you a price or heck he might even give you advice on how you can fix it yourself and save money. When you call bob you get bob, not some random person from a company. We were very happy and will use him from now on. Definitely recommend

I recently had a gas dryer installed at my mom’s house. Unfortunately, we smelled gas after the installation while we were moving my mom’s things into her new house. I chose to call Mr. Plumber because I noticed a lot of positive reviews from my neighbors online. I’m glad that I did. Everything met and exceeded my expectations from the ease of setting up my appointment to having Austin, quickly assessing my problem, giving me options and executing the repair that we definitely needed. I preferred to have a reliable professional fix the issue rather than bring the previous installers back out to play guessing games. Austin was awesome! I will be using Mr. Plumber again.

We had some basement plumbing replaced by Cory. He did awesome work and was very knowledgeable. He also provided some great tips for maintenance moving forward. We really appreciated his hard work and would be happy to hire him again in the future!

My repair guy was efficient and knowledgeable. Did a fantastic job. He was funny and personable. Exactly the kind of person you want coming to fix stuff when it's painful to pay out money. He gave me good information to keep up monthly maintenance. I give him a 10.

I will 100% use Gurney Bush again. I had Gurney Bush replace a drain line on the exterior of my house. This was a very big project that required tearing out the driveway and connecting to the sewer line. My house is 100 years old (had clay pipes, bellies, backup etc) so we ran into some issues when we started digging but Gurney came up with some solutions and worked with me on getting it done. I was very pleased with their pricing, the guys that came to work on the project everyday, and their front office communication. Definitely recommend them for big projects like this.

Had an emergency situation when my water pipe broke . My technician Zo, was kind, understanding and sympathetic to my situation. He analyzed the problem and did what was needed to come up with a solution. He was profesional,courteous and fast . I would be In a bad situation if not for his promptness. Highly recommended. I never like to give a negative review. We needed some electrical work done, just a couple of outdoor outlets. The price was 2x and almost 3x higher than my other quote. Additionally, with COVID-19 I'd expect a bit more sensitivity to social distancing and masks, the technician didn't offer to wear a mask, didn't seem to be interested in it, and wasn't veery aware of the 6 foot distance. He didn't seem to be to interested in the work so its not surprising of the the huge quote and the lack of enthusiasm. Really to bad.

We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!
