Hope Plumbing has been wonderful to work with. Their customer service is impeccable. They scheduled work for my rental property within a day and they notified me throughout the day of their arrival timing. The work was a reasonable cost, and I love their membership plan. With an older home in Broad Ripple, there are sure to be other issues. Plus the plan carries with me, so I can use it in my own home too. I would highly recommend!

Round 2 - Joe and team identified another issue with our old house’s plumbing after I shared some concerns. We had similar issues with these pipes as with the ones in another area of the house. The guys were professional, friendly and very clean. I would not have known they were here if I had not let them in the house. I highly recommend this team.

Kyle was very thorough in explaining the problem with our sink and even checked the others in our house to make sure we weren't having the same problem somewhere else (we were!). He was very polite and very thorough. We use Rotorooter every time because of the prompt, same day service.

Mr Rooter wanted to charge me 450-750$ to unclog my clean out drain and when I said that was ridiculous, they wanted to charge me 60 dollars to try to rob me, so they left my house without getting a penny! And Mr Plumber came out and worked with me on pricing and the maintenance guy Chuck did an amazing job; stayed till the problem got solved, kept me informed on what was going on and I'm just overly impressed and so very appreciative! They did the job that Mr Rooter wanted 450-750 to do, for 93$! I will definitely be recommending to all my friends and family! They were good honest people that didn't try to rip me off and actually worked with me!

We had our main sewer line back up into our basement the week of Thanksgiving. We contacted Hellyer and they came out to check within an hour due to the sewage in the basement. JB was quick to snake the drain and add a new access line as our home had the original cast iron pipe from the 50s when the home was built.

The following week, Joel and Silas came out to do a camera assessment of the line and discovered we had roots in the line causing the issue. Joel discussed the options going forward. While it wasn’t the best case situation, he was able to show me the video where the issues were.

We will be scheduling with Hellyer in the Spring to replace the main line from the house to the road.

JB, Joel, and Silas communicated prior to arrival, showed up within the provided time and gave honest feedback on the situation.
