Best service out there!! Was not expecting same day service. However, Josh and Luke arrived within 30 minutes of my call to Carter’s. Professional, prompt, and are great at what they do. Thank you, Josh and Luke!

Every time they came to my place they kept adding more & more work that needed to be done. They tore out more stuff to my place than what needed to be done & what they said. Also they tried to charge me twice for something. This company is just money hungry & don't care about their customers. One night they needed to get there equipment & it wasn't a good night for us, b/c we had plans. They demanded they get it that night. We did agree on a time they could come, but they were almost an hour late. We almost left & was about to say they can come a different day & time. This company isn't professional & don't every use them unless you want to pay more than what they say at the beginning & tare up your place more than what needs to be done. All this company cares about is money, money, money.

Steg was called to replace valve between water supply and toilet. Received a prompt service call same day. Tech was pleasant and had the new valve on in about 15 mins. However, we were given a bill for $190 and told if we joined a service plan it would be $170. Bill was excessive for service rendered. After tech left, toilet was found to run continuously. For $170 you think a tech would check it. Also, found debris and water on the floor, apparently poor clean up. We will look for better value next time.

We had Casey install a water softener in our house. He said he would be here between 2 and 4. He got here a little after 2. We explained what we needed, he listened. He did the job we agreed upon, explained what we needed to know about water softeners and showed us how it works. Great job. We would highly recommend him. Thanks Casey.

called about a $500-$600 commercial job and he acted like I was waking him up from a nap and bothering him with my call. Then was supposed to meet me the next day to look at the job and never showed, never called me back.

Damaged my floors - Had a water heater with a defunct gas valve. They came to replace it. A few days later I noticed the floor buckled with water damage. Pulled the plank up closest to the water heater and there was standing water under it. Extends to the wall of my laundry room. No damage near the washer so the obvious source is the water heater. Old one not leaking. New one not leaking. Used towels to clean water during install so there was a water issues at that time. They ignored my first call and contact via website. Second call they answered but took no accountability for the damage. Laughed at the suggestion the replace the damaged area. Unprofessional. Unaccountable. Bad hearted person to leave the job like that and leave the homeowner to deal with it.
