Jim Cummins our service tech was very professional, very educated, and very friendly. We could not say enough good things about Jim or Roto Rooter, the first plumbing company we called came out on a Friday when this happened and then could not even do the work until Monday the following week, Plus they were $600.00 higher than Roto Rooter, they turned off the water and didn't give a crap we would not have any water until Monday. Then I called Roto Rooter Friday evening from the first phone call till the job was finished this company is top notch and knows a thing about excellent customer service and treating people like they would want to be treated. Even though a bad situation we did share some laughs with our tech Jim, thank you Jim and Roto Rooter. Unfortunately the other company is not going to fair as well, as I will be slinging their name in every Social Media I can find to let others know they don't care about customers!! Of course will be using social media to let everyone know how good Roto Rooter is, thank you!!!

Rob came out for a spring check on our air conditioner and furnace. We have had B&W out multiple times since we moved into our house - for check ups and even after a couple unfortunate water damages. They are always very professional and friendly. He even put shoe covers on when coming into the house (which I really appreciated because I was in the middle of mopping our floors when he arrived). They are always amazed at our incredibly old furnace that is still kicking, they recommend we replace it with a more effecient one (which we agree) but they have never pressured us into buying. I would recommend B&W and we will continue to use them in the future.

Terrible service!!
First guy came out to clean out my Greas Trap and only half way cleaned it. I called them back out to finish the job. I had to call them back out 2 or 3 more times because they couldn’t reseal the lid that they got off causing a bad smell in my kitchen.
They couldn’t figure it out so I had someone else that knew what they where doing finish the job.

I can’t express how grateful we are with Oscar. He saved us money on repair in 2 occasions! They came right on time and very professional. I highly recommend for anyone in need of plumbing service.

Outstanding same-day service. I called around 8:30am, they were onsite by 10:00am that morning, and they immediately took care of business. Staff was friendly & professional and they went above and beyond to take care of our problem (including waiting onsite for the plumber to complete their work to be sure no further service would be needed). Excellent service! Can't recommend these guys enough. I woke up to a bathtub and toilet flushing into my kitchen sink at the place I rent - oh no. I called four different places and even had someone else come out, only to say they couldn't fix it until Monday, which wasn't going to work since, well, no toilet. But Brandon from Roto-Rooter came out and, along with doing an excellent, efficient job, was personable and beyond helpful. Will 100% use them again for any plumbing issues I have.

Damaged my floors - Had a water heater with a defunct gas valve. They came to replace it. A few days later I noticed the floor buckled with water damage. Pulled the plank up closest to the water heater and there was standing water under it. Extends to the wall of my laundry room. No damage near the washer so the obvious source is the water heater. Old one not leaking. New one not leaking. Used towels to clean water during install so there was a water issues at that time. They ignored my first call and contact via website. Second call they answered but took no accountability for the damage. Laughed at the suggestion the replace the damaged area. Unprofessional. Unaccountable. Bad hearted person to leave the job like that and leave the homeowner to deal with it.
