Diagnosis was quick and we're we'r to schedule work on the spot. Our Tech, Tyler, talked through some of the warning signs and even talked me out of a new H2O heater until the new water softener was installed.

Casey O’Brien, owner, is an extraordinary plumber. He was willing to rebuild 60 year old bathroom fixtures that I was told by another plumber had to be replaced. I was endeavoring to keep the original fixtures in this house and he enabled me to accomplish that. Other trades working on this house (electrician, countertop designer and maker, cabinet maker, HVAC have admired his work or watched him at work and have asked for his contact number and intend to use Moon Family Plumbing going forward. Casey handled the common plumbing requests with ease and efficiency. And I had a lot of requests.

Tried everything it's an old oil unit did not get working properly , May need parts, I still was charged over 200 dlrs.. Hopefully we.can get it going

Called this company on the recommendation of another company for service because I had a clogged main line. I made my first call at 10:30am and they told me someone would be out. It took 12 hours and 4 phone calls before a tech actually arrived. The tech was able to clear the clog but less then three weeks later I started hearing the same issues with the plumbing. They sent the tech back out and again he ran the line and didn't find anything that would be causing issues. I was charged another service fee and nothing was resolved. I've paid almost $400 in less than three weeks and still don't feel comfortable that it's not going to have issues.

These guys are amazing! I had a mini emergency with a water softener rough in that needed replacing and they were able to come out the same morning I called and had it all fixed within an hour. Highly recommended! Thanks Oscar!

I have called a list of different plumbers in the Indy area and the experts at P&K are consistently the most reliable and trustworthy. Nelson and Manny arrived on tine and set right to work on snaking the main line in my backyard. Nelson was exceptionally professional. He explained what he was doing and what challenges were present. Despite it being a rather time-consuming issue to resolve, Nelson and Manny were delightful and worked diligently to clear the line. In the end, we discovered the line was damaged abd in need of repair. Nelson and Manny set my mind at ease throughout the process making me feel like I was in good hands! They have a customer for life!

I can’t say enough good about Northern Comfort. There had been 4 companies in my home to service my furnace and not one of them found my cracked heat exchanger and carbon monoxide leak. Joe checked it and found it quickly. I needed a new furnace, Zach and Adam had it installed that same week. They were all very knowledgeable, professional and kind. I would highly recommend Northern Comfort if you’re in need of a new heating and cooling system!

The My Carter’s plumbing team are wonderful! My experience began with a simple online chat asking for emergency repairs to my busted water pipes. Within 10 minutes, Tanya from the local office called me. She listened to my problems and was very open and honest about pricing and timeframes. When Josh arrived, he was very friendly, answering my questions, and immediately identified and fixed the problem. I’ll certainly be calling them for future (and pre-planned ?) plumbing needs.

We have been using this company for 5 years. Brandon put in a nice new water heater for us and had to move a gas pipe in order to do that which he knew exactly what to do. That was 5 years ago. Since then we have used this company for other repairs. Outside water spicket broke that was repaired. Our toilet seal broke and he not only fixed it but told us how to clean the mold under the house that developed from all the water leaking. He advised us on how to clean and dry the wet areas. He also advised us what to do when an appliance shorted out and how that needed dealt with. This is an amazing plumbing company and we trust them which is so important these days.
