Best Bathroom Plumbing in Indianapolis IN

Here's my experience with Hope Plumbing:Friday, March 3rd: I noticed the pan under my water heater had water. I called their office late afternoon. The person I spoke with on the phone took down my information and we basically set up an appointment for the next day (Saturday morning). During the call, I specifically asked how long it would take between the time someone comes out and the actual installation. She told me if I agreed to the price, they would be able to do the installation immediately - the person coming would have the water heater with him. This sounded great so far!Saturday, March 4th: a technician came at approximately 2 pm. This was fine with us and expected. After discussing the situation he gave us a quote of approximately $2,500 and said he would be able to install the next day (Sunday). He said he would try to get a Rheem NGT unit (I'm not sure what that means but I assumed it was a higher end unit). Anyway, that was a bit disappointing considering we were told it would be installed immediately. But not an issue since the leak was still contained within the water heater pan.Sunday, March 5th: the technician called shortly after 8 am saying the warehouse did not have the water heater we needed. He said he would come out first thing Monday morning. Again, disappointing considering the expectation that it would be installed on Saturday. Also, it's hard to believe that the warehouse would not have a very common 50 gallon water heater. But he offered to get one from Home Depot but it would not have a warranty because it would be a Performance Series, the Professional Series not available at box stores. This was obviously not a good option, so we decided to wait until Sunday.Monday, March 6th: After not hearing from anyone, I called the office a little after 10 am asking for a status. I was frankly upset at this point and nearly canceled the whole thing and I was ready to call a different company. I was told the technician had a personal emergency that morning. Honestly, based on the experiences from the previous days, it was hard to believe anything at this point. Regardless, the same technician showed up at my place at approximately noon. He replaced the unit in less than two hours. It seems to be working fine. But I did notice the water heater was a bit banged up. I imagine it happened during transportation since I noticed the damage immediately after the unit was taken out of the packaging. At this point the old water heater was already removed and we just wanted a replacement.Wednesday, I noticed the pressure relief valve does not have a pipe installed leading to a drain on the ground next to the water heater. The previous water heater had one. Keep in mind we live in a condo and any water issues could potentially cause issues below us. Also, I'm not sure if this is a code issue for the condo. Regardless, I would have expected it to be installed considering the risk of issues this could cause.In the end, we do have a functional water heater again. But it was not the experience I would have expected from such a highly rated plumbing company.The all-in price was just over $2500. Considering this unit is selling for less than $700 elsewhere, we paid approximately $1800 for 2 hours of service. This is quite expensive and I would have expected much better overall service.UPDATE: I have been contacted by Hope Plumbing. At this point the service is completed and there's nothing that needs to be changed. I do believe they attempted to provide overall good professional service. I imagine my experience was not typical. Given the follow-up and care for their reputation, I would give them another chance.

I am in the process of collecting quotes. Aside from some challenges with the appointment my experience with Pristine has been good. The quote seems to be in line with the others I have collected, so my ultimate choice may be based on my interaction over other considerations. The tech (Nathan) was professional, knowledgeable and did not go into a high pressure sales pitch that would have eliminated Pristine from consideration.

If we choose Pristine I will update this reflect how the well the process went.

Mike and his crew were great they were in time, clean, knowledgeable, fair priced and friendly. They redid all the plumbing in my house and I would definitely use their services again if needed.

Called around 9:30 for some blocked lines, by 1 pm everything was fixed. Brad was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. He went the extra mile to make sure things were fixed properly including the corrections of some shoddy work done by the previous owner. Definitely recommended!

My home was without heat for 6days and Five nights! Dealing with a home warranty 12/28/2021 to 01/04/2022 company who (said someone would call 24hrs NOTHING HAPPENED)warranty company didn't give a hoot about me and my family beening without heat in our home(yes I cancelled that warranty company real quick)! Awesome Customer Service... They replaced a faulty water heater without any hassle free of charge. They also responded the very next morning after calling in the issue late in the afternoon.

This is the best experience I have had with any repair company. From the office staff to the plumbers they all were extremely helpful and went above and beyond expectations to result my slab leak and did it all cheaper then any of their competitors quoted it would cost.

I called RotoRooter on a Saturday morning when we had no hot water. The phone operator was very patient and helpful. I asked to to be on the first time slot of the day. Phil texted me within 10 minutes and was at my door in another 20 minutes. After inspection of my 37 yr old water heater we decided the best use of money was to replace it. Phil helped me get 2 different discounts. I was very impressed with his professionalism. He was very send that the fact that we were limited in our present resources. Phil also was very informative when explaining how the newer unit worked and needed maintained. We shook hands and he was off to help someone else get hot water by 2 p.m.! That’s great service! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Rudy did a fantastic job replacing our faucet and disposal unit. Our house does not make any job easy, but he handled all challenges like a pro. Would definitely use them again!

MARK DID A FANTASTIC JOB!! Highly recommend!!

Last week our main sewer drain backed up. Another company came out and couldn't fix it and got their snake stuck in our lines and refused to remove it unless we allowed them to dig up the pipes. This would have cost upwards of $12,000. After a few days of calling 811 to have all the lines marked and prepared to dig, we came across Mark with Drain Busters. It took him less than 5 minutes to remove the snake the other company got stuck and couldn't get out themselves. Then he ran 25 ft. further than they did with his monster drain buster and cleaned the sewer lines out to the street main. He did this in 30 minutes and the lines aren't even broken like the other company said. He was able to get all the tree roots and gunk out of our lines and everything is running better than it ever has. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO MARK!!

We will use him for any plumbing we need done in the future and will surely recommend him to everyone we know.
