Hope is always committed to service with the various plumbers we've had in our home. Jeremy Fox came out for a warranty call on the sump pump system they previously installed. He found a bad pump and replaced it no questions asked. He was knowledgeable, polite, and efficient.

Extremely prompt, honest, very much know what they are supposed to do & do it in a very timely manner. Competitive to discounted pricing. We had 2 shower issues [drain & water source]; 1 sink issue [laundry room]; an outside of house issue & misc related issues. We were referred to them by our insurance company. Response time was next day but we delayed a day for our scheduling. Aaron was more than super. Randy was Aaron's assistant. NO problem w highly recommending them. Note: we paid them directly via CC & their charges were under the insurance deductible

Andrew showed up within the timeframe I was given, was incredibly polite and informative, and was super sweet to my pups! He was in and out quick, made sure he gave me time to inspect his work, and provided me all the information I needed for follow-up if there were any issues moving forward and guaranteed the work for 6 months! Will definitely contact Roto-Rooter again for any plumbing needs!

Jason is very knowledgeable and professional. He checked our water heater and he made sure we knew as new home owners how to maintain it. He answered all of our questions and was very nice. Thank you Plumb doctor for having such great customer service.

Appreciated getting estimates and quotes over the phone and then having the work done quickly and near the estimate when not a firm quote. Appreciated Kyle doing some the small things to make things better (vs just the easiest and cheapest) in the long. And they have always shown up on time. Great service on all fronts.

Not sure I would recommend this company in all aspects of their work.

The company was hired to do some plumbing related work, which included installing an air gap device for my water softener and putting a lid on my sump pump pit. After installing the sump pump lid, the plumber contracted to do the work neglected to inform me that water was being discharged out of a couple of pipes above the pit into the sump pump. Because of the lid installation, water was then being discharged all over my crawl space floor. These two pipes are very hard to miss. I believe a professional plumber should have brought this to my attention and if I had not caught this, it could have caused a lot of long term and expensive damage. I brought this to the attention of the estimator in charge of my work and was told the plumber did exactly what was in the work order.

Additionally, I had a furnace shut off switch installed by a contracted electrician. The electrician used a light switch as the shut off and mounted it onto the side of the furnace. As a result of this, the switch is blocking the air filter trey and can now not be opened. This being something very easy to catch at first glance. Now I can't replace my air filter until this shut off switch is relocated.

My estimator was also very hard to get ahold of. When reaching out about the sump pump situation, I was promised a quick response from my estimator by another employee through an email to which my estimator was included on the email chain. It took me three times within a week and a half to get a response from the estimator. However, there was plenty of time for them to type up an email asking for the payment before I got a response.

These were just a few of the issues I encountered with them, but not all of the work performed was disappointing. I had some carpentry work done and the contractor for that did a fantastic job.

Additionally, mold dogs were awesome guys who are very good at what they do. It was great having them out and am very satisfied with their performance.

I used this plumbing company today. The man lacked professionalism. My appointment was at 2:00p.m. he came at 4:00p.m. I had to call him and ask what time did he think he was coming? When he arrived he knocked twice and let himself in my home. He didn't speak at all ugh
