Unfortunately in a one week span, I had two plumbing issues.Fortunately I called Hope Plumbing and had both issues resolved that day. Adam R. was very personable and helped find a leak in a second floor shower. The second project consisted of troubleshooting the installation of a new dishwasher. Jim was successful in finding the issue and then completed the installation. All in all, I've been very happy with the services provided by Hope Plumbing.

Unclogged main water line on short notice. Quick and professional. Explaining clearly the problem and solutions. I very much appreciated his expertise.

Excellent work. Their office worked us into their schedule as soon as possible for broken water heater. Explained repairs and homeowner maintenance thoroughly. Very nice, polite and knowledgeable crew. Pricing was very fair to market rates.

Great experience. I called Carter on a Friday morning after having another company attempt to fix some clogged pipes the day before. I was able to get an appointment within 4 hours of me contacting them. However, Jarred called to say he could come an hour early if it was convenient for us. Given our main drain was clogged it most certainly was. The experience with Jarred couldn't have been more different. He was professional and polite and listened to my explanation of the problem without jumping to conclusions and doomsday scenarios. Unlike the other plumber, Jarred took great care to protect our floors and cabinets and didnt gruffly ask me to pull everything out from under the cabinet (he actualy did it). He was able to clear the clog and spent ample time making sure everything was flowing properly before he left. After he completed the work he cleaned up everything and replaced all the contents. Couldn't have been a better experience. I highly recommend Carter and Jarred and will call them next time I have any plumbing needs

Plumbers did an excellent job and were very responsible and friendly. I would definitely use them again if needed.

I wish I could give them more stars. Not only did they replace my gas water heater the same day I contacted them, they also did it for $500 less than ARS quoted me with my service plan. They also corrected a dangerous venting issue, for free, that ARS should have caught last month when they installed my gas furnace. I can't thank them enough!

My experience with this company was that they overcharged me by showing a price of $656 for a basic clog but reduced it to $350 Christmas Eve. I was told the price included a mainline inspection and they never appeared for the appointment. When I called John the lead person, he was rude and set a different appointment that he did not keep. It is now four days later with no call. I will not continue to do business with this company.

Unfortunately, my water heater’s outgoing hot water pipe developed a pin hole leak from corrosion on the night of sub zero temperatures. Rotorooter was able to get someone out to me in just over an hour despite the weather and the fact it was in the wee hours of the morning. Andrew Cutshaw (4782) got the job done in about an hour, despite his equipment being so cold we had to warm it up in front of my heater before it would fire up!This is the second time this year I have had Rotorooter out to this residence, and both times they’ve done good by me. Couldn’t ask for better service!

Jason has been so great to work with. He shows up on time and gets the work done quickly. Both my houses are over 100 years old and his plumbing knowledge is impressive. Happy to have finally found a plumber I can trust!

After dealing with a national big box plumbing chain last week, I contacted Hamm & Sons, Inc. Ended up being an A+ service from the office personnel that contacted me to let me know when the plumber was on his way to the work that was performed. The plumber, Ryan, was very courteous with answering our many questions and ensuring that he wore boot covers to keep the floor clean. The price is right in line with the industry, and they were quick with the work, which is good for the consumer. Will definitely be using this company again for our future plumbing needs.

Job 1 - Creative problem solvers, knowledgeable and friendly. There was a couple little issue after a big job and they fixed quickly.

Job 2 - We had a leak develop by right next to they replaced our water heater. No one else was near there. A crack in a plastic drain pipe occurred that got worse over a few months. It has never leaked prior in the 15 yrs we have
lived here. I tried calling but they were busy. After a few hours I called another as I wasn't comfortable with Job 3 - changing our disposal which wasn't done properly.

Another plumber was able find and fix Job 2 and 3.

The leak ruined our office floor and they were unwilling to reimburse us for the other plumber repairs or floor.

Cody, the owner, is very knowledgeable but spread too thin.

I used this company for installing toilets and water softener. Beth replies my email promptly on Saturday and got me the appointment for the Monday morning. Special thanks to the Michael Bratton, he works really hard to help me with the installation for a day from 10-4 even without taking a break! Thank you so much for the service and the price is pretty reasonable :)

Service man explained what he was going to do. When a problem arose,he also explained it clearly.

Patrick called 30 minutes before arriving. He came prepared. Fixed the plumbing issues really fast. Really pleased with my service. Would recommend hiring Gordon plumbing. I will use this company in the future.

A friendly plumber gave me an estimate on fixing a leak in my crawl space and moving my water cutoff above my floor. Everything was good until the $750 estimate. This estimate was way, way too high. How do I know? After I declined, I went to Lowes and spent $100 on supplies, then fixed it myself in 2 hours. It would have been much less for Roby, as I had to buy tools and 100ft of pipe, when I only needed 4. In other words, if the professional was as slow as I am, they were asking $350/hour.

Plumbers need to figure out that with shark/gator bite connectors, amateurs can do a sufficient job easily. I would have preferred to pay a fair price to have a pro do the work, but I'm not interested in getting ripped off.

Can't say enough about the great job Hellyer Plumbing did installing a new water line on my property. The crew worked long hours to get the job done as fast as possible, which we appreciated very much, considering we were without running water. One day without running water is more than enough to make you realize how much we take it for granted. Thank you, Hellyer!

MARK DID A FANTASTIC JOB!! Highly recommend!!

Last week our main sewer drain backed up. Another company came out and couldn't fix it and got their snake stuck in our lines and refused to remove it unless we allowed them to dig up the pipes. This would have cost upwards of $12,000. After a few days of calling 811 to have all the lines marked and prepared to dig, we came across Mark with Drain Busters. It took him less than 5 minutes to remove the snake the other company got stuck and couldn't get out themselves. Then he ran 25 ft. further than they did with his monster drain buster and cleaned the sewer lines out to the street main. He did this in 30 minutes and the lines aren't even broken like the other company said. He was able to get all the tree roots and gunk out of our lines and everything is running better than it ever has. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO MARK!!

We will use him for any plumbing we need done in the future and will surely recommend him to everyone we know.
