Nothing is more frustrating than waking up to no running water in your house! I called the 24 hour phone number and they immediately got me in touch with Hope Plumbing and I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next morning!! Evan was my plumber and I could not of been more happy with his service. After an hour trying to find the source of my leak in a VERY small crawl space he got me the affordable quote right away and then spent the rest of the day making sure I would have water again and fixed my leak completely.. Great service and price. Although the install didn't go smoothly due to issues completely unrelated to Pristine, the techs did a great job and left the plumbing in better shape than they found it. Would absolutely use for future projects and recommend to others.

We had someone come out on short notice as we were concerned about a frozen pipe to our toilet. The tech comes out, ascribes problem to the toilet itself, and not the pipes, charges us almost 500 dollars to get it working literally for 2 flushes, and it’s not filling again. We’ve had two different service people here who barely speak English, so it’s close to impossible to communicate which is a huge problem when dealing with house repairs. I am not one who typically has the time or inclination to leave negative reviews on line but I’m very frustrated with this service.

The best part about bob is that he is honest, he is not some pressure tactic salesperson. He does great work also. He is easy to communicate with and he comes out diagnoses the problem, gives you a price or heck he might even give you advice on how you can fix it yourself and save money. When you call bob you get bob, not some random person from a company. We were very happy and will use him from now on. Definitely recommend

5 stars to Cameron and Jason for the plumbing repair work. Previous owners had covered up the crawl space access and we were left in the dark how to get underneath the house. After some troubleshooting, these guys found the access panel, located the leak, replaced the water lines, and installed new ball valves. Courteous and extremely helpful with my questions and concerns and they were very conscious and considerate cleaning up after the repair. I would most definitely recommend these guys for any future repair work. Thank you Cameron and Jason.

From beginning to end I was extremely impressed with Austin and Mr. Plumber as a company. They arrived on time for both the estimate and the work to be done. They were not pushy with any sales and very knowledgeable. They advised on many aspects I needed to consider with the age of my water heater and certain things that were not up to code. Danny was a referral and a great one. Woke up this morning to a broken water heater. Need replacement and called a couple other plumbers and they all said we can Try and make it out today but no guarantees we can fix it. Danny said he would come right over and help. Pricing was far and work was completed before noon.

They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!
