Weilhammer Plumbing gave great advice over the phone for FREE that could save me thousands of dollars in an unneeded repair. I was calling around for free quotes for a potential plumbing job, and some companies were charging $50 just to diagnose the problem, when all I wanted was an estimate. The advice I received from Weilhammer was helpful and they even offered to still come out to give me a free estimate. I will definitely keep Weilhammer in mind the next time I need plumbing work done.

The first guy who came out was not helpful and we actually asked him to leave. He was insisting on dismounting every toilet in the house, despite the fact that we knew from previous experience which toilet needed to be removed (and even had written instructions to this effect from the previous roto-rooter guy).We have had good experience with this group in the past, so we asked a different tech to come the next day. He was great, did a good job, cleaned up after himself - great service as we have come to expect from RR.

Said there was mold and we needed restoration place. Didn’t need it. Had our faucet replaced by someone else. They charged us an 89 dollar fee.

I came home on Sunday night to a water leak from my upstairs bathroom. Big Frog came first thing before anymore damage to my ceiling occurred. They were able to stop the leak quickly and educate me on how to prevent this problem in the future. Professional and knowledgeable all around. Will use again.

From the initial call with Tammie the customer service was exceptional. Tammie was able to get my service scheduled on the initial call and fit me into an earlier appointment. I called Summer's first and Mr. Plumber was a quicker response for the service I required. The team that handled my issue was very prompt and explained clearly what fix was required. Hayden was the initial tech to assess and when he ran into an issue and needed a camera to assess further Jenny arrived in about 30 minutes and was great in showing what occurred and check the 100ft plus of the sewer pipe to make sure it was clear. This provided confidence in what had to be repaired. Cole and his team arrived a week later, called ahead they were coming and arrived on time. They completed the job in a day and kept me updated on their status through the day. Lastly, I had some questions and Jenny called me back quickly which I didn't expect. To note, she was on vacation and took the time to discuss and was greatly appreciated. This team did a great job from start to finish and would recommend to any of my friends to use their services. Unassuming. Experienced. Analysis was quickly completed and, after a run to obtain a replacement disposer, the trouble was quickly resolved.

Bryant was professional and responsive, thoroughly explained our situation, and didn't even seem to mind when I blamed him for something that, it turned out, had nothing to do with him!

We had some plumbing issues and called Jason. He theorized a simple fix that might not be worth us paying for him to come out. Sure enough it worked. So, technically, we have never used his service, but this type of honesty earned our business hereafter.

They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost.
