Waking up on one of the coldest days of the winter so far, without heat was not fun. I called Chapman and had someone out to diagnose the problem the same day. No one wants to hear they need a new furnace, but the fact was our existing furnace was 20 years old. Sure, it could have been repaired. But, repairing a 20 year old furnace was not the wise choice and I was given both options. The next day, Scott and Mike showed up to install our new furnace. Not only were they respectful of our home by cleaning up thoroughly after the installation, they took the time to walk me through our new equipment. I would highly recommend Chapman Heating and Air Conditioning for all your HVAC needs.

Evan was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. He came out late on a Saturday night to help with our furnace that had failed while we were out that day. Shortly after arriving he diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. Would highly recommend their services.

Mitchell did a great job today at my house. I had multiple projects that had already been diagnosed on a previous visit few days prior. He was thorough and patient and spent time explaining everything he did so I would understand what was going on. Or at least try to! I appreciate his hard work.

Drainman spent an entire Friday attempting to diagnose a problem. Main line not allowing water out and backing sewage into basement. No definitive diagnosis. Technician needed more experienced technician to come help. Told us then that work would not be performed until maybe Monday. But would call later that evening with update. No call. Called drain man back on Saturday. Brian says he will make calls and somebody to call back within hour. Nope. Called drain man back two hours later. Got Al (a supervisor), Al says if they said they would get back to you in Monday, they will. Inform Al, no they said maybe and would call back Friday. No call and no call after follow up. Surely supervisor Al could call his people and get an a set of what is going on as we have no indoor plumbing. Ask Al of an answer is too much to ask ... Al says, you PROBABLY won't get an answer today. This is the definition of horrible service.

Recently, I had George's come re-plumb my entire house due to several issues in the 1940's plumbing that was here. The price was very fair and the process was quick. They replaced water heater, softener, main line in the house, all water and drain lines including main sewer run, bathtub, kitchen and bathroom sinks and vanities, and installed our R/O drinking water system. It works better now than it ever has. Not to mention, the installation looks very clean.

We had a small problem with our softener. Not only did Zach fix that but also checked our hot water heater, changed the filter for the humidifier and suggested a few other things to consider. All at no extra cost. Will surely use him again when required
