Richard provided outstanding service, made sure the customer knew about every detail that needed to be done. Quick and efficient! And went above and beyond to get our problems handle. I would say Richard provided outstanding customer friendly service and he deserves a raise plus a bonus from his company.

Daniel had to discover the source of a blocked water line to our refrigerator. He persisted in finding the problem, outlined alternative options and carried out the repair effectively and with a friendly, helpful attitude!

Michael was wonderful to work with. I had three pipes burst in a cold snap and he fixed them all. The company answered my phone call, scheduled an appointment right away and he was EARLY for the scheduled time!!! Then why water heater went out. The other plumber said I needed a new unit but didn't have time to put it in. I scheduled an install with Michael - had the new unit BUT he fixed the old one!!! Saved me thousands of dollars with the new piping that would have been needed. Again, honest, straight forward and KIND!!!

I called at the spur of the moment and they sent one of their service people out. First I received a message of who my tech was and they were right on time. Fast, professional, reasonably priced company. They have our vote. We will be calling them again

Terrible ripoff

Sean was amazing and completed the job in a timely and professional manner. Great price for the work done and I highly recommend Carter’s plumbing.

Called for frozen pipes and they were out early next morning. Very professional and quick with reasonable prices, would very strongly reccomend.

We had a clogged shower drain that I was unable to unclog and Joe Garza came out and was able to clean it out. Joe was professional and friendly and took great care of us. I appreciate that they were able to send someone the same day I called.

I contacted them and they were able to come out next day for an estimate. Kyle, the tech that came out, was very polite and knowledgeable. I got my estimate for gas line valves and he was able to complete the job same day. Very satisfied with this company. 10/10 would recommend.

We were impressed with how helpful the team was, and how easy they made this process. Our technicians, Javi and Aaron, especially deserve a shout-out! They were excellent; extremely professional, courteous, hard-working, easy to communicate with and genuinely cared about our home, safety and well-being. They even took the time to get to know our super shy pup. A big thanks to the entire team!

Josh came out to inspect our problem on the very day we called for service. He was flexible and accommodating to our schedule for the repair. Plumb Doctor worked hard to fix our problem and Josh was so easy to work with. We will use this company again for sure!

I called Acme around 9:30pm on a Friday night because my septic was backing up into my house. The lady I talked with took my information and sent it out to one of their service technicians and within 5 minutes he called me saying there were no empty trucks and he didn't know if he could get to my house untilearly. Saturday morning about 8 o'clock he called again saying he just dumped and was heading my way. Arrived in 45 minutes or less. Drivers name was Michael and I tell you what, I've never seen someone so polite, informative, and willing to help any way possible. Some things didn't go his way with my riser and something got broke and he was so worried about it even after I told him several times not to worry because I was putting a new one on anyways. He even offered a couple if times to provide new parts cause he didn't want me to be put out or anything. Once again I declined and told him it really wasn't a big deal because as I told him earlier, I was putting new on anyways. I paid my bill, he left and I went to run around town. Got home a few hours later and that dude had brought me all the brand new stuff I needed for my new riser and left it by my garage, no charge. I called to thank him and again tell him he didn't have to do that. He just said he didn't feel right leaving me like that knowing I couldn't get my new parts till Monday.

I've never had a better experience with a company and especially with an individual employee. You don't find people like that anymore so I wanted to share. I will call them for any septic system need.

Michael is the type of guy you hope to work and deal with in any type of company no matter if it's home service needs or even someone working in a grocery store. Gave me a little faith in humanity with the screwed up world we live in these days and all the POS people wandering around.

I have used Hamm & Sons a few times. The service has always been great and the prices have been reasonable. It is very scary when you need plumbing work done. It is usually an emergency. I will continue to use Hamm & Sons.

Solomon arrived to repair a drain, gas line, replace a toilet, which was more complicated than expected due to age and size of room and install a enclosed porch gas fireplace. His price was very reasonable, didn’t charge for a bit of additional time above and beyond his “and he had to come back to make a planned fix the following day, Which he did not charge for. He was clean, polite, extremely Covid friendly and safe and I would highly highly recommend him and his work. Solomon and Reasonable Plumbing get an “A”. We plan on using him for a few upcoming jobs in the upcoming month..

Our water heater decided to go while I was out of town. The Steg Team was there the next day with a good solution for our home. We also had a pipe leak in our ceiling which they repaired while they were there. The were pleasant and responsive. I highly recommend Steg Plumbing!
