Best Tankless Water Heater in Indianapolis IN

They were all insanely nice. Prices were competitive, and the job was well done. Nobody wants to face the price tag of AC installs, but I’m so happy I did. So is my family. I’ll be sure to use them every time now.

I cannot stress enough how great this company and its owner are. I found them via a neighborhood page shortly after moving to Whitestown (the owner personally responded to an inquiry I had posted and offered to help over a weekend). Since then I've had them do several services/installs. Today, the owner himself went above and beyond to help me get me straightened out after my water softener froze and burst while I was out of town for the holidays. Coming home to water flowing from the garage is a pretty negative experience, but I honestly had such a great experience that I honestly don't see it as one. I'm lucky I found Danny and his company so soon after moving to town - don't hesitate to call them with all your plumbing needs!

I have had a lot of problems with my septic tank and drains...Carters sent Jarret out to look at my plumbing and he was able to access the problem in a timely manner and yesterday Jarret and Brad came back to my house and during the frigid cold and snow they were able to dig up my sewer lines and work in the trouble area. When they were finished they cleaned up my yard very nicely. Jarret and Brad came back into my house and worked on my bathroom and all my sinks to make sure they fixed the problem and when they left all my plumbing problems were fixed and my drains have never worked so well since I have moved in my house..Please give Carters a call you will not be disappointed with the jobs or people they have working for them..Their workers truly care about the people they are helping..

I would highly recommend plumbing doctors. Dan’s work was perfect. He was very professional. He was very knowledgeable. Ashley was awesome with helping me get my job scheduled. They came out sane day I called. They offered up three options to resolve my issue as well as provided a lot of information. Great company quality people. I will use them for all my plumbing projects.

Danny and Sam have been there when we need them on time and great prices. They have taken care of multiple homes for us. They have done such a great job we have then take care of your customers as well.

Larry came on the same day I called and installed my dishwasher. I was so happy. Very professional. They also took my old dishwasher when Home Depot didn’t.

We had some plumbing issues and called Jason. He theorized a simple fix that might not be worth us paying for him to come out. Sure enough it worked. So, technically, we have never used his service, but this type of honesty earned our business hereafter.

We had another company install a tankless water heater about 6 weeks earlier. It was working great. The Saturday before Easter, there was no hot water and when we looked at the unit itself, it had no power. We checked breakers, oulet, etc. and everything was showing good. I started calling around different companies who advertised 24/7 service but yet none of them had anyone on-call for the entire weekend. They told me that the 24/7 just meant that they answered the phone 24/7. Uh huh!! They all wanted to come first thing on Monday and I told each of them NO! I finally reached Gary at Mr. Waterheater and they do actually have an on-call 24/7. Gary was great and had Josh set up to come out which he was there inside of 2 hours after my call. After taking his time and checking everything out, he put his hand behind the on-off switch inside the panel and it flickered. Long story short, the factory had not installed one of the wires all the way and it came loose. Great job by all!! Would absolutely use them again without question. They couldn't be any nicer and they were extermely thorough and competent.

I called Williams Comfort Air to come and check out my a/c. They always give you a time frame for the tech to arrive. I love the fact that they text you a picture and profile of the tech, that will be coming to your home, before they arrive. Mr. Daniel Perez was my technician today. He arrived promptly within the time given. He was very professional and helpful, and gave me lots of useful information. I’m so grateful for Williams Comfort Air and Mr. Perez for fixing my unit, and for the pleasant experience I had. I will continue to use Williams Comfort Air along with Mr. Plumber, both owned by the same company. I highly recommend them!
