I've had Pristine come out twice now, for different issues. The first time I had a positive experience, though the price was a little on the high end, but I don't mind paying for quality/professional work.

The second time, one gentleman who came by was really condescending, and tracked literal feces through my house, giving me the advice that I wait for it to dry before trying to clean it. I would have been better off not having them do anything, which was actually what i had initially asked of them before being talked into a service, and now I'm paying for a cleaning service to sort out the biohazard mess they left.
I shared this information with the owner when they followed up with me about my dissatisfaction.

I am extremely pleased that Brad was able to find the source of my leak and repair it. I had 2 other companies come out and they could not find the leak. Thanks Carter's My Plumber.

Dj arrived at the beginning of the timeframe window, sweated some new pipe on intake valves under a sink and replaced the valves. He cleaned up well behind himself. 4 star only because there was a secondary leak from his fix … but he came back right away the same day and made it right.

Andrew came out to fix a frozen spigot at my parent's condo. He did a great job of fixing the spigot. While he was there he noticed a gas leak in the garage. He is coming back today to fix the gas leak. We are so grateful that Andrew was so conscientious and efficient that he noticed and checked out the gas leak which was totally unrelated to his service call. He probably prevented a disaster from happening and we are so thankful!!! We would highly recommend Andrew and Summers Heating Cooling and Plumbing!! Thank you so much!!

Mr Rooter wanted to charge me 450-750$ to unclog my clean out drain and when I said that was ridiculous, they wanted to charge me 60 dollars to try to rob me, so they left my house without getting a penny! And Mr Plumber came out and worked with me on pricing and the maintenance guy Chuck did an amazing job; stayed till the problem got solved, kept me informed on what was going on and I'm just overly impressed and so very appreciative! They did the job that Mr Rooter wanted 450-750 to do, for 93$! I will definitely be recommending to all my friends and family! They were good honest people that didn't try to rip me off and actually worked with me!
