Best Pumps Water in Indianapolis IN

Spoke with Susie to have a pit pumped and cleaned. She was very rude and insulting when I didn't know the proper plumbing terminology. Just based on the lack of customer service and common courtesy, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

My plumbing failed. The staff was extremely friendly and skilled that punched through my problem and got me temporarily up and running but unfortunately we had to dig up but some of my front yard and fix the problem down by the street got to love them true roots. I highly recommend Mr Plummer by Metzler and hallam they're great team. I was impressed and I'm not easily impressed. Thank you Mr plumber!

I have used them for three separate jobs in one location. They do good work, always professional, timely and cost efficient.

Tony and Jeremy came to my house to install shut off valves and drains for two sinks in a new bathroom. Due to the location of the vanity drawers, there was very little room to navigate. Somehow, they managed to install everything in the tight space and did a phenomenal job. I will definitely be using Hellyer plumbing again for my future plumbing needs. Thanks so much!

These guys are amazing! I had a mini emergency with a water softener rough in that needed replacing and they were able to come out the same morning I called and had it all fixed within an hour. Highly recommended! Thanks Oscar!

AVOID! HORROR AWAITS! Charged 6 hrs./$688 labor to install a simple 50-gallon gas water heater! How it went? “G” appeared with wrong type heater (electric), charged to go back and get a gas water heater; installed lower grade gas model than requested; new unit has horrible noise when faucet was turned off (video); twisted off inlet to water heater…did not replace…did makeshift repair and charged me; ripped entire water circulation unit & home phone lines of the wall & and simply left them dangling (photo); unbraced circulation unit sags and sways which stresses inlet (video – I think it would have fractured in week!); heavy metallic waste discarded in damp laundry pile (ended up in our washer and dryer); each stair step (light color carpet) stained with rusty sediment; warranty and manual left drenched in water; rusty metal screw dropped on carpet - family member stepped on it; reinstalled urethane insulation on cold water inlet; “G” said I required a thermal expansion tank installation (false: we have an open system – no backflow valve); hot water circulation pump valve left in off position (two bathrooms did not have hot water); did not wear Covid mask during entire installation. And there were issues from McNeely’s office: nothing in writing; no written estimates; no diagnosis of leak/problem; errors in transcribing almost all details of request (example: lost our address after request was placed); appointment cancelled/scheduled for Christmas eve; promised but failed to help process valid Rheem warranty (McNeely is a Rheem ProPartner); not truthful in BBB affidavits concerning this affair. I could add much more! But, be warned, this is what you will get if you hire McNeely!

Moved into our new commercial building and immediately discovered that none of the toilets flushed. We contacted Priority Plumbing and the same day we were back in business. Very professional and skilled. Highly recommend this company!!

We were very pleased with Tyler Earnest's thoroughness and efforts to repair our furnace. Tyler is very pleasant and explains everything he is doing. He goes above and beyond a regular service call.

Called Indy water heater and softener when my water heater went out and the lady was nice and honest said he was booked today but would call him to see if he could make it happen since I had little ones. She called back with in 5 min and said he could make it but it would be later around 5-6pm. The honesty is what sold me. He showed up at 6 was in and out took the old one and all.
You other plumbers should step your hustle up. Everyone else was trying to send someone to “look at it “and said that it would be a couple days before the new one could get put in. THANK YOU!!

Excel at on all counts, couldn't ask for a better job done

I've had Thornton out for two jobs. Nate (the owner) came out a few years ago and repaired a leaking hot water heater feed. He did a great job, did it fast, and it hasn't been a problem in the 3 years since we had the repair done.

I just recently had Dave out to fix a leaking toilet flange (probably broken by my GC on a recent home renovation, doh). He knocked it out quickly and with no fuss, and went above and beyond by fixing a few other issues with the toilet.

All in all I'm really pleased with Thornton and will have them back for more work as we update our house.

The technician augered our clogged toilet. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and set us up with a membship for future jobs that we will need done. We are looking forward to working with them more in the future!

Jarrett came by to attach our new sink and found that the sewer drain was too high. He stayed until after 7:30 on a Friday night to reroute the drainpipe. I couldn't ask for better service.
