-------changing from one star to 3, the ONLY reason is due to how great the techs where at their jobs. if it was only based on the service this would be a 5 with no complaints. the absence of two stars is purely due to the bs i dealt with on the phone. -------getting the run around for the past two days, evrytime we talk to them it feels like they are just a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off running around. maybe its not the person on the phones fault but they should be the ones that know the info and stay in tough with the tech. instead it seems everyone there hates eachother, says it other one was feeding the lies , then get the same bs from someone else, comunication is so key and yet they have let it just slide by like it doesnt make a difference. seems to be the same lady thats been mentioned on here several times that has a problem talking to customers, maybe not the best person for that spot? find something for her to do that doesnt loose you biz? seems a bit counter productive. look ive worked construction, ive worked in high stress high risk lines of work and kept it together with not haveing to resort to lieing to customers or other employees, yeah it takes more guts to tell them the truth but thats also what gets the job done and keeps customers happy in the long run. at this point we have had water riseing and sinking leaveing behind solid matter that i would like to clean once, not every other hour sense nbothiong has been done to fix this , we have animals that even if kept away from the area are now being exsposed to airborn pathogens for far to long. if the company was to busy they should have stated that from the start and not trailed us along for the chance of money.

I had a water leak that was leaking through my basement wall. Shawn and Cliston came out on a Saturday, very professional. They located the leak, climbed into my crawlspace, which I would not have done. Dug while in crawlspace to the line and repaired it. Left my wall unharmed which I was worried about.

My water heater went out late on a Saturday night. I waited till Sunday and started calling around in the morning. Whereas some people wanted anywhere from $109 to $150 to come out and take a look, Pat was willing to troubleshoot over the phone before even coming out. With an extreme amount of patience that I myself may not have even had, he was able to walk me through the troubleshooting as well as figure out what my problem was. With it being under warranty, I was able to order the part overnight myself. I ordered the part first thing on Monday morning, the part came in on Tuesday afternoon, and Pat was very flexible about when he could come out on Wednesday to put the part in. When he got here he was very personable, efficient, knowledgeable, and was in and out in no time. For the simple fact that I'm a single homeowner, and also happened to be a girl, a lot of times some places will try to take advantage of you. Just for the simple fact that he was willing to talk me through it over the phone to begin with instead of coming out and charging a call, that alone was enough for me to go with him to do the work. When you've been add in that he then worked with me on scheduling, got the work done quickly, and was very reasonably priced, he will absolutely have my business from now on as well as me referrals for him to anyone who asks. It's 14 degrees outside .....and my heat went out , if youve ever been there then you know its not a fun situation!! I called Chapman because my go to hvac guy was sick. Schedueled an appointment for 4 o'clock ..and.....they didn't show up til 6 (ok no biggie, it happens) the tech gets here who is very proffesional . he does the diagnostic wich they told me would be 98$ . The technician informs me that there's some problems and the pressure switch isn't working, and before he can figure out whats wrong with my furnace he would need to replace the pressure switch .... So I ask how much to fix the pressure switch ?? He said usually 200 but he doesn't have one in the truck so he would have to go get one.... And since its after 530 its emergency hours and it would be about 600$ ....so now showing up 2 hours late becomes a bigger deal !! (Also for your information a pressure switch is about 15-20$ cost for part) so I proceeded to ask the technician will putting a new pressure switch on fix my furnace ?? no it won't but it will tell is whats wrong SO...... you want me to spend $700 and not even fix my furnace ?? So obviously I refuse the service and refuse to pay the diagnostic fee because he still never could tell me what needed to be fixed for my furnace to work (btw you can bypass the pressure switch to see what else is wrong for testing ..so the tech had no clue how to perform a diagnostic) the tech was really nice btw.I received a $98 bill a month later called them calmly to explain what happend and was expecting them to be proffesional and accept the fact that they were in the wrong and waive the diagnostic fee ......Well thats not what happend the gentleman that I talked to basically told me to pay it or f*** off and he would send me to collectionsI would highly suggest to not do bussiness with this company !!

I came home to a breaking pipe connection under my kitchen sink. I called close to five not knowing what to expect. They arrived very quickly, the work was great, and the price was very fair. I will be using indy water heater & softener again.

QPH is a very professional and cooperative company. I work an internet service provider as the maintenance/custodian and it’s my responsibility to schedule maintenance and repairs of the office amenities. I have work with QPH for a short time but each time they are very polite, experienced, and highly efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone for their plumbing or HVAC needs.

Thornton Plumbing helped me correct a massive plumbing problem in a basement. They arrived on time, communicated well, and completed the job properly for a reasonable amount of money. I highly recommend them.

Greg came out twice to help us with the furnace. He came in the middle of the night last night when gas was leaking and identified the issue. He remained extremely professional and kept his cool when I was getting very upset with the situation.He returned this morning with the parts and fixed the furnace. He worked efficiently and walked me through how he was addressing and fixing our systems.

Carters came out to my house quickly and they were very professional. We had a slab leak and they were able to resolve the problem and leave the house like they were almost not even there even though they had to dig through the slab and outside. To top it off, they are respectful and answered all of my questions. Very reasonably priced and you are getting excellent quality for your money. I highly recommend.

Kevin and Travis were really great they got the job done fast fixed our problem and they are very professional will use them again
