Had IWHAS install a water softener in our new house and they did an excellent job. Danny is very knowledgeable and honest in the quote process.

The company was very responsive and fixed the problem. However, no estimate or even explanation of the problem was provided prior to the work being performed. The result was getting slapped with a $230 bill for something that was covered under warranty. When I called to office to discuss, a manager agreed this was not how they do business and would work with me. Never heard back from them after that.

Excellent service all around

I was referred to this company as I had a clogged kitchen sink drain. Fortunately the clogged drain was fixed but unfortunately I had new issues of a leak in the plumbing and a leak in the garbage disposal caused from the person fixing the clogged drain. So - I called to have them come out under warranty and fix the leak. It took multiple requests but they came after several days and fixed the plumbing leak cased by their drain tech putting the compression fitting on the wrong way and also advised that they could replace the garbage disposal as ours was rusted and not able to be fixed. I then paid for them to replace the garbage disposal but now I have a new leak from under the sink caused by the tugging and pulling of pipes when installing the garbage disposal. This company wanted to charge a new service call fee to come out and fix the leak they caused when installing the garbage disposal. We disagreed, excuses were given and the call ended abruptly. I will never use this company again. I have never written a bad review but I felt the need to based on how my last phone conversation went with this company. Very disappointed.

I have been using Keith Fowler with Fowler Family Plumbing for several years now for all my sewer scopes when my clients are buying a home. He has helped numerous clients be able to negotiate drain line issues. He is professional and gives a very honest evaluation. Along with the service he gives a video of what he saw, he does not just tell you. I will continue to use Keith for all my plumbing needs and have no problems recommending him to family and friends.

Brandon came out today to replace a bathroom vent/light fixture, and was extremely friendly and fast with his work. He went above and beyond with cleaning up after himself and making sure I was satisfied with entire process!
