They did a wonderful job. Had a hot water heater get replaced. During its replacement my old galvanized pipes in my house were uncooperative and it turned out that my entire house really needed to get repiped. 2020 plumbing technology can't always get connected well with 1940s plumbing tech. A company with less ethics could have basically charged me anything they wanted at that point, my water was off and was not going to get turned back on anytime soon until the situation was resolved. Hope repiped my entire house by the end of the day the next day and gave me a fantastic deal on the situation. Very high levels of integrity with this company. They are prompt and do a great job.

Fantastic service! They got a new clothes dryer and very heavy washing machine up a long flight of stairs and installed them both quickly. They were very polite and professional. They disposed of all the packing materials and even vacuumed up the bits of styrofoam when they were done. This was also a short notice job and they showed up right on time. They get my highest recommendation and they'll be the only call we will make the next time we need a plumber!!! THANKS GUYS!

Did an amazing and quick job replacing my hot water heater. Friendly, reasonable, just overall great experience. He also repaired a leak on the main water line for free that another company quoted 2000 to repair. Very honest service, I highly recommend him to anyone having plumbing issues.

Today we had Mr. Eddie Garcia service my daughters house. She recently purchased a new home and wanted the sewer lines looked at for potential problems. Mr. Garcia was prompt and was very helpful in determining which service was most appropriate and cost effective. He took the time to discuss the possible procedures in layman’s terms. After finding the clean-outs, Mr. Garcia Suggested we run a camera for inspection first. After doing so, it was determined no further service was needed saving us substantial money. Mr. Garcia is an outstanding representative of Rotor Rooter in Indianapolis. This business is fortunate to have Eddie work for them.

Saturday afternoon had to call bc there was something wrong somewhere. Your guy Daniel was out super quick, listened to our problem, and went to work immediately to get us all fixed up. Daniel was super nice and got us back on track only a few hours after our initial call. Very reasonable price for the work, especially being on a weekend. Gave us info on maintenance and options for other services if/when we ever need them. Thank you so much Acme and thank you so much Daniel!!

I had smelled gas from work done previously. They sent 2 men right over. They spent a good amount of time checking for leaks, and I didn’t have one. I must have smelled some back burning or something. I tried to pay them for their time, they were here for over 30 minutes. They would not accept payment. Nice guys, very professional.

Steg Plumbing should be your plumber, your mom's plumber & your builder's plumber!! My experience with their timeliness and professionalism inside my home was refreshing. Our water heater went out on the weekend and we had same day service!! SAME DAY. It is rare to have a company respond and complete everything as promised. I couldn't say enough about my experience!!
