Update: Zack and Wes were out to repair a line that has frozen in the winter, and to replace a leaky outdoor spigot. They were on time and very friendly. They walked through the work with me before they started, then asked me to look it over again before they locked everything in place. They were quick and professional. NOTE**. They determined that the line that froze during the winter was due to their own installation almost a year ago, so they did not charge me for the repair! Great customer service!
Original: We had them install a tankless water heater and replace a sump pump. They did an awesome job on both. The guys were friendly and professional and kept the house clean as they worked. We were very impressed with the finished product.

Not impressed. They are very slow to work with my home warranty company. I have been without hot water 5 days now. Sure hope they get to take hot showers at their own house!

Called after hours service for my residence.Called number for after hours emergency service.Call center was very courteous and prompt.Tech called me back within 10 minutes.He came out fixed a busted water pipe going to my heater.Fixed the issue quickly and that was it.Great!! Fixed the problem quickly and efficiently!

We had water dripping from the second floor into the first floor. We were highly concern about the problem. We needed to get it fixed ASAP. I called like 12 plumbers, and none could help us (2 plumbers told me that they could fix it in two weeks, 2 plumbers stood us up, and 8 plumbers never returned our calls). So I went on google and found Indianapolis Plumbing Services. He answered my call right away. He told me was doing a job on the other side of Indianapolis but that he would come see the problem when he was done. He came that same night around 8PM. He told me what the problem was and told me he could come fix it the next morning, which was Saturday morning. It was a priority for us to get it fixed. He finished the whole job on Saturday. He did a phenomenal job. I was very impressed with his work ethic, professionalism, and quality of work. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber.

Indy Water Heater and Softener does honest, high-quality, and prompt work! We're having Danny install a bathroom in our basement, and set up for a water softener. He also came on moment's notice when our basement flooded to replace our sump pump! Very highly recommended!!

I recently called on Carter's plumbing as my main drain by the water heater and washing machine was bubbling up and had begun to overflow. Sadly, my old drain did not make it easy as it didn't have easy access to the clog. However, they did not give up and came back with a Jetter and even had to go up on the roof to access the drain from the vent. And now I am clog free! A Giant Thank You to Luke and Chris for their hard work and diligence. Actually each person I dealt with at the Greenwood Carter's was fabulous! From Tonya, the receptionist who listened to me ramble about my drain, to Jarred the first plumber who tried and tried to fix it, but I guess the builder who put this old house together did not know what they were doing. And of course Chris and Luke who came back and never gave up. Now I am off to wash laundry.
