We initially called last Wednesday for a leaking bathtub. Caleb Gluff came out Thursday for a quote. While there my boyfriend got to talking to him about our water heater and potentially adding a water softener. Caleb and Sean worked all day Friday, Monday and finished Tuesday. They did incredible work and were very very kind. They installed a water softener, replaced our water heater with a new instant water heater, installed a new bathtub, fixed an outdoor water spigot, and even relocated our emergency shut off valve for the house as the one we currently had would have been hard to use in an emergency. Also, while working in our utility room Caleb noticed a electrical wire that needed attention. He fixed it free of charge. It's funny because the furnace company was working in our house the same day Hope Plumbing was and the furnace company didn't even notice/mention the electrical wire.Thank you to Caleb and Sean for doing such an exceptional job on our home. It's nice having peace of mind knowing that they paid attention to detail and the quality of work. I'll return as a customer and recommend them to anyone needed these services.

Our outdoor spigot had a leak between the siding and the foundation that ended up spraying water into our basement. The plumber quickly identified the problem and gave an estimate. I showed the video of the issue from the outside since it was pouring rain and he was even more confident in the issue. He fixed the issue really quickly and was on his way. The fix ended up being under the original cost as well and he fixed it in a way that will hopefully avoid us having the same issue in the future. Well done!

Our 14 year old water heater was no longer meeting the demands of our household. We got 3 quotes and the best was from Mark Weilhammer. The day after he provided the quote he installed a high quality 40 gallon tank at a very competitive price. Dan was the installer and he has 32 years of experience.

Josh and Bill were here in the time window they told us. They evaluated the problem and let us know what our options were and the cost. When they fixed the problem, they checked that everything else was ok. They found a few minor issues, which they took care of as part of the hour visit charge. They were polite and professional, knowledgeable yet explained everything to me so I could understand, showed me the pieces of drain as they took things apart and were in general just incredibly nice and respectful.We’ve been through a few plumbers lately but I think we found the company we’ll stick with. I’ll never call anyone except Roto Rooter again!

I had smelled gas from work done previously. They sent 2 men right over. They spent a good amount of time checking for leaks, and I didn’t have one. I must have smelled some back burning or something. I tried to pay them for their time, they were here for over 30 minutes. They would not accept payment. Nice guys, very professional.
