My home is 120 years old, I have 80 year old clay tile pipes. my pipes require a skilled maintenance and service. Ron with pristine plumbing has provided me with expert service, knowledge, and troubleshooting to make sure I could get a backflow preventer without having to did up my whole yard and maintain my lines. this has saved me a lot of money and my clay pipes have a long life ahead. He was awesome explaining the necessary service so that I understood it clearly and could make the best choice. It was a pleasure to finaly work with a company that actually has integrity and knowledge and gave me a fair cost. being a single woman I find serious irregularities in the quotes I get from home repair companies. I never had this problem with Ron at pristine plumbing. He has always been more than fair. I am very grateful for their services !!!! thank you so much for being honest!!!

They called before letting us know of Austin’s arrival. Austin let us know what to expect at the beginning of the appointment and was professional in his explanation of the plumbing problem. He helped us understand the issue was with the original install. He was very professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to use Benjamin Franklin again as well as recommend them to anybody I know that needs some plumbing work.

Had them take out a dishwasher and install a new one. Honest and did a quick job (unlike Hope Plumbing which found three things they also needed to fix which Grateful Plumber said worked just fine or just needed tightened). Also I appreciated they didn't have a flat fee for coming out, and would give you the price for the service over the phone unlike many companies.

Second time using LD Smith for issues. Kevin was great! Arrived on time showed him my problem pipe. My house is older and whomever has done the plumbing since it was built have had very questionable plumbing knowledge. Kevin was able to figure out how to replace the old rotting pipe without ripping pretty much all the other pipe in the area out too. Since that is where the well pump, water softener and pipe that goes outside for the hose is, that's a lot of pipe!

The plumber, Jeremy, was excellent. He communicated with me well before coming, diagnosed quickly, got permission from my home warranty company, and then fixed the clog quickly. But best of all he cleaned up after himself! Very professional service!!

I had smelled gas from work done previously. They sent 2 men right over. They spent a good amount of time checking for leaks, and I didn’t have one. I must have smelled some back burning or something. I tried to pay them for their time, they were here for over 30 minutes. They would not accept payment. Nice guys, very professional.

These guys took our issues seriously and came out quickly and on time. We have used other plumbers in the past but not anymore. Alex was an awesome representative for the company. I will not only always use Steg Plumbing but I will request Alex because he was great!

They came out and gave an estimate. We accepted and even though it was a week out because their really busy they showed up on time and did a great job. Cory was very nice and spent time walking us through the process through out the day. It was a big job. Very professional and wore masks and I'd recommend plumb on to everyone. I had a leak under my kitchen sink and the sink wouldn't hold water. Big Frog came out bright and early. They found the source of the leak, fixed it, put in a new basket strainer and a new disposal. My cast iron sink needed an overhaul and BigFrog did it.

I called these plumbers a few weeks ago because my home was experiencing weird sounds in the pipes. Ended up being trapped air, but it sounded like moaning animals. I have had nothing but great service from Roby's at VERY reasonable prices. It goes all the way to the 1980s. Back then we had a busted water pipe and the guy went into my attic and used a ladder to get down behind the wall and the fireplace and he fixed it. The easy way for him would have been to tear up the wall, but he didn't want me to have to pay to have the wall repaired. Recently, I had Roby's come out and install a roman tub faucet and a shower faucet. I believe the plumber's name was Rick and he was very efficient and everything works great. I would not hesitate to call Roby's again.
