Best Plumbing Leak Detection in Indianapolis IN

I had an emergency on a Sunday so I called Hope. Jon was at my house within 30 minutes and diagnosed the problem literally 5 seconds within looking at it. I knew right then either he was some kind of genius or I was in for a total scam of a service. Turns out, I was given 5 different options to choose from for repairs. So, I was able to control the price. It's essentially like getting 5 different quotes from 5 different companies. It eliminated my need for following my rule of getting a minimum of at least 2 quotes on every job I've ever gotten done both personally and professionally. Anyway, they got the parts ordered and made the repairs in a timely fashion and did a quality job and kept a tidy workspace. They gained a long term customer in me. Although, I hope I never have to call them again!

Excellent service, communication, and value! I was able to schedule an appointment the same day and my technician, Nathan was amazing! He fixed my leaky toilet quickly, was friendly and professional, and told me the pricing up front. 10/10 would recommend this company to others.

We had set appt up for particular day & time -which was accommodated nicely -original tech that was to come out had not been available but this tech was up to speed on issues we were concerned with & addressed them in timely manner & gave input & put together quotes on what might be needed in the future so that we would have good reference when time comes to update systems.

Gus C was on time, professional and courteous. Took care not to track dirt in the house. Repaired our outside faucet very quickly. Great service!!

Larry came through first with the diagnostic appointment. Solid gentleman and personable. Good energy and professional.

Jacob installed the shower head and the piece for my water heater. He was able to complete the installation even though my water heater was nearly as old as he was lol. Larry happened to be in the area and picked up a part I needed for installation due to an unforseen pivot in the appointment.

I had Jake Benedict install a new shower system last year. It was easy to hire because Ciriello has office staff that answer the phone, answer questions, and make arrangements for plumbing work. No phone tag! They give a 4-hour window of plumber arrival time but phone ahead when the plumber is on the way. Jake was prompt, polite and professional. He did the installation quickly, and efficiently. The cost was very fair. When our kitchen sink drain had a leak, I phoned Ciriello again and requested Jake specifically. Once again he did a great job and left everything clean and dry!

They do not know how to do a simple emergency pipe burst repair. If you have a pipe burst do not call them, they will want to do more than the actual repair and make sure your bill goes higher. We got lucky and their tech bailed out on us so we called someone else. Please do not waste your time with this company.

Side note: it is true that they will not pick up their phones and you sit forever on the call waiting.

Weilhammer the best. After dealing with four days of no hot water, and 2 straight days of no shows by Zoom Mechanical (stay away) I called Mark at Weilhammer at midnight on Wednesday. He called me back at 8 am Thursday and my problem was fixed shortly thereafter. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly professional. I was very impressed by his attitude and help. The entire experience was great. I also loved the stickers he put on the water heater. Glad to know now when I need help next time, I'll know who to call, because I lose regular business cards or receipts all the time. Highly recommend if you want honest professional timely service.

I highly recommend Mr. Rooter. Aaron was very knowledgeable and explained the work he performed and what went bad with the old water heater. The water heater was under warranty and the Company was very easy to work with throughout the replacement process.

I called Roto-Rooter at 7pm on a Sunday. I was given a 3 hour window but was called with a time within 30 minutes. The technician (Steve) showed up about 20 minutes later. He was kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem and come up with a solution. I wanted to add a valve to my faucet and knew the plumbing supply stores were closed. So, Steve scheduled my service the next day so he could get all the necessary parts. He arrived the next day and was able to fix my faucet in a timely manner. He ensured that I had no leaks before leaving the job site. I would hire Roto-Rooter again in a heartbeat. They are not pushing and let you make the decision about the service. Thank you again. Called for a clogged sewer drain on Sunday. Hamm's drain person showed up in a timely fashion and spent 2 hours cleaning roots out of the sewer drain. Professional, courteous, friendly, and above all very skilled.Fee charged was very reasonable, particularly for Sunday service/

Great job, very fair rates, definitely recommend.

Finding a pro to call back these days is a real blessing. Then to have automated texts and emails with updates on the scheduled appointment..... wow. We had a friendly plumber and the job got done on time as we hoped.

Of course the issue had seemed to resolved itself after I'd called for a plumber, but I had them to snake out the toilet anyway.

I won't use another company. Went above and beyond.
