Jim from Hope Plumbing came to my home to repair the seal on the drain trap and to adhere the vanity top to the cabinet for my bathroom sink. He was professional and courteous, and he did good work. We've not had so much as a drop pass through that new seal. I was pleased with the communication I received from Hope Plumbing and Jim both before he arrived and as follow-up afterward. I would certainly recommend Hope Plumbing.

I called to get a quote on a tankless water heater and they were quick to respond and showed up earlier than the appointment time. The technician was very professional and helpful and explaining the job that needed to be done.From the quote I had a tankless water heater installed. Called Casey when my water turned brown and stopped flowing, fearing the worst - he came out promptly and was immediately able to diagnose the issue (water softener), quote me a very fair price to replace the unit, and set up a time to replace the softener. I called him after his initial visit with questions I'd forgotten to ask, and he was very responsive and helpful. I cannot attest to their work because I would never hire anyone that works for them or their management. When you hire people that will commit a hit and run get caught then argue with the officer doing the report is all you need to know. Not only were they caught dead to rights but their company naturally back their rude”technician” and then made sure to send it to insurance where they didn’t pay a dime. Must be nice to work for a company that believes committing a hit and run in a company vehicle is ok. Your true colors as a company shows in your actions and your workers so don’t be surprised with the work you get with this sad sorry company.
