Had a second floor utility sink at the school I work for backed up and not draining. Hope was very responsive and easy to work with. I had to change the date of the service and it was a quick easy phone call.Day of the service Seth, the plumber assigned to the job was on time and very helpful. Not only clearing the drain but also telling me about the type it was and how best to care for it to help prevent further issues. Seth even went so far as to consult an a completely un-related issue in another part of the building.I am very pleased with Hope and truly appreciate everything Seth did for us. I will absolutely be using Hope Plumbing for any of our future needs.

Same day service, even though it wasn’t an emergency. Plus, they sent regular status updates on when the technicians would arrive. The technicians were friendly, professional, and quickly found and fixed the problem. The phone dispatcher was also very friendly. I absolutely would use them again!

Michael and Logan were amazing. They were able to take care of our bathroom sinks slow drainage. They were fast and professional.

Called for a clogged sewer drain on Sunday. Hamm's drain person showed up in a timely fashion and spent 2 hours cleaning roots out of the sewer drain. Professional, courteous, friendly, and above all very skilled.Fee charged was very reasonable, particularly for Sunday service/

Just based on the first experience, I feel confident going with this company for every plumbing issue I encounter from here on.

My water heater stopped heating and I called a couple of Indy-based companies to try and figure out what was wrong. First company made a quick assessment and said we should replace at least the heating elements and maybe the thermostat too, just to be safe; this would have been $500-800. I reached out to Plumb On to get me a second quote since that first one felt high.

Corey came out and spent 45 minutes or so thoroughly diagnosing the problem. It turns out that none of the hardware components were broken, and Corey identified the true problem: a loose wire and a bad connection, which he fixed within a few minutes. He didn't even charge me for the dispatch out of consideration for my having paid $90 to the first company. Impeccable. This is the kind of person/company you want to give your business to.

Bobby arrived at his scheduled time & quickly saw the problem with the garbage disposal. Then he fixed it so that it worked even better than before! Very efficient and courteous. Will definitely use B&W again!

Juan and Kenny made quick work of our faucet repair issue. Replaced the plumbing in the wall very quickly, cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely use them again.

Mr Rooter wanted to charge me 450-750$ to unclog my clean out drain and when I said that was ridiculous, they wanted to charge me 60 dollars to try to rob me, so they left my house without getting a penny! And Mr Plumber came out and worked with me on pricing and the maintenance guy Chuck did an amazing job; stayed till the problem got solved, kept me informed on what was going on and I'm just overly impressed and so very appreciative! They did the job that Mr Rooter wanted 450-750 to do, for 93$! I will definitely be recommending to all my friends and family! They were good honest people that didn't try to rip me off and actually worked with me!

Had a tiny bottle stuck in a drain Was told that he never seen something like this before. Nevertheless they were able to fix it on top of that in a matter of mins!!!! Thank you so much, definitely saving your contact for the future just in case.

Water heater went out, he told me to boil water for baths , and he would sell used water heater after his vacation, and charge to install

In February we had our fireplace on and we smelled gas so we turned off the fireplace and called Mansfield Plumbing (since they were recommended by Godby and that is who installed our fireplace).

On March 3rd, Dalton from Mansfield Plumbing came to the house and tightened 2 nuts inside the fireplace (near where the gas line came into the fireplace). He never checked anything else – not inside or outside, nor did he turn the gas on to check it. He was in our house for a maximum of 5 minutes (no joke). We were sent a bill IMMEDIATELY for $205 from them.

We did not turn on the gas fireplace again for a week or so and still smelled gas, so we called them again. Dalton returned and did some crazy, funky stuff outside. He assumed the gas smell was coming from the key insertion into the house, so he wanted to replace the connector outside. (Keep in mind that was why we originally called them and paid the $200 on March 3rd.) When he replaced the connector he moved it further away from the house (a good 12+ inches). He then came in and told us our key that turns on the fireplace no longer works that WE would have to go find/buy a 12-inch key AND a 12-in extender to be able to reach the new connector to be able to turn on the fireplace?? In the mean time he was going to just turn off the gas, so basically he never tested this new connector to see if it even worked correctly because we had no key to turn it on….. We were sent a bill IMMEDIATELY for $548 from them.

We then went to another plumbing store and bought a key and connector and SURPRISE – it did not work, so we had to call them again….. Another man came to the house (Richard) and now had to redo everything that Dalton did, and move the gas line and connector closer to the house so a normal 12-inch key will reach the turn value without the extender. To fix this problem he also had to replace the pipe coming into our house and made the hole a lot bigger…. Now that it is April, however, we can’t really check the fireplace to see if it works, but at least a key will turn it on…

Now, however, because he had to make the hole where the pipe comes into our house bigger we have to know have (another company) come out and try to fix the gush of air that is now constantly coming into our house from either the pipe or around the pipe and fix the tacky calk that is piled around the pipe on the outside of our house on the brick (tacky)……

We were promised they would “reevaluate” our bills and make it right with us, but that is not true. They made us pay all the originally bills. Bottom line this company got $753 from us and did a TERRIBLE job, and now we have to find someone to come and stop the cold air coming into our house by the pipe and fix the tacky patch job they did around the pipe on the outside of the house on the brick. (Have a picture of this.) So be ware and be prepared to pay a lot of money and probably not have it done correctly.

Leon is very responsive and efficient. I had a new water heater installed the same day he came out to diagnose and quote the problem. Highly recommend his services!
