Richard provided outstanding service, made sure the customer knew about every detail that needed to be done. Quick and efficient! And went above and beyond to get our problems handle. I would say Richard provided outstanding customer friendly service and he deserves a raise plus a bonus from his company.

We had an overflow in our laundry room. Derryck Taylor came over from Pristine Plumbing and knew right away what our issue was and helped us address it. The communication from Pristine was excellent. We were contacted immediately after making our request and were provided updates including a text with the name and a picture of the service technician. Overall a great experience and we will use them again if we have another issue.

Toby was great. Arrived within the appointment window. Explained all with up front price and got the install set up.

Scheduled a quote for a tankless water heater yesterday evening, delivered quote this morning, and installed by the afternoon. Quote was significantly under the competition. The project manager and installation crew were great. The work was flawless. Excellent value all the way around.

Wow! You know that anxiety you get when you poop at someon else's house and it won't flush?? Welp, that can happen at your own house too, who would of thought!? I called and spoke with the super friendly and funny Jamie and told her about my pooptastrophy. The doctors came out in a timely manner and was able to get that monster down into the sewer swamp where it belongs! Thank you, Plumb Doctor! My toilet is cured!

They were able to fix our problem within a few hours and at a price much lower than we expected. Start to finish Mr Plumber was courteous, professional and made me feel valued as a customer. I feel I can't Thank them enough for job they did. When buying my home I didn't realize just how bad the bathroom plumbing was and Mr Plumber took the time to get the full picture, quoted me a fair price and did the work in 2 days with minimal interruption to my day-to-day.
