Derrick was called to fix a dishwasher that was clogged. He was very friendly He took the time to find the problem. And Nathan was called to fix a clogged toilet line. Nathan had been here before for the same issue several months prior and remembered me and my dogs! Great demeanor and service! Bonus points: Nathan recommended the membership and it has already come in handy!! And my dogs remembered him too and didn’t even seem anxious around him! These are two large German Shepherds! ?. 05/16- This time Jake and Quinton came out to fix a broken septic tank line. They were very friendly, quick and thorough. They showed me every step in the process and were done within 3 hours! They even came back with grass seed and straw to cover the muddy tracks that their truck left in my yard as I am selling the house! They also put they seed and straw on the mud that was left behind where they had stacked their digging pile! They didn’t have to do that, but really understood my concern for the new buyers!

This business did great work, charged a fair price, & the technician was very kind. He even said goodbye to my dog & gave him a rub on his belly. I will use Ben Franklin if I have issues in the future. Great company! Very rare thing these days. Thank you.

Recently had to call them during a remodeling project. Super quick response time. Got a text 10 min before they arrived, at exactly when they promised. Quickly diagnosed the issue, quoted me the price to fix (which was very reasonable) and finished the job faster than I expected. I would most definitely recommend this business as I will be using them if ever needed in the future.

Clean out put in and partial sewer replacement. Company had best estimate out of three. They came out straight away and explained everything in a way I could understand and answered my questions in a way I could understand without being condescending. Technicians were professional.They worked in the time frame allotted and company office communicated when they had to push back due to weather/rain. I had to have them back out for a small leak from a pipe not tightened enough and they were out the next day. Work seems like it was done right.I would hire again. Mr. Khuma (4293) arrived on time. He worked professionally and quickly. He came in and wasted no time in getting to the job at hand. He also suggested other services that Rotorooter has to offer.He was professional, polite and clean. This Plumbing Company is a beautiful bright light in the service industry!!! We called today to get a quote on several issues in an older home that we just purchased. The lady in the office was quite friendly and competent, and said she had an opening today! John text shortly after we hung up and stated he was on his way...I really liked that! Shortly thereafter, he did indeed arrive.

We then explained all our concerns to include a leak in the crawl space that we were informed of during the Initial inspection and we also addressed our concerns regarding the smell of the well water and the need for a whole house water filtration system among other smaller issues. John checked everything out and reported back. He advised us that there absolutely was no leak under the house and further stated it was clean and dry enough under there to sleep. He then explained why we had the smell from the faucet and further told us there was a water filtration in place already and showed us exactly how to change the filter and where to purchase the replacements! This guy has more integrity in his little finger than most all combined that We’ve ever dealt with! We will never call any other plumber in the future...this company has absolutely amazing standards! Miguel has completed our last two projects and both times we’ve have been very pleased! He is a very thoughtful, polite young man that takes pride in his work. He goes above and beyond and the completed projects have been outstanding! The receptionist Ashley is also very polite and completely competent during scheduling and other questions that come up. They came out right away and knew what the problem was and how to fix it. Would recommend to a friend.

After seeing Bob's business card posted in my real estate office stating that he does a great job, I was totally shocked at the experiences I had using him on two jobs for my clients, which were done in the same time period.

#1 Property- The bathtub faucet in the clawfoot tub was leaking in the back, and needed replaced. Also, the washing machine drainline was not plumbed in properly under the previous owner, and needed corrected with a proper trap installed.

Bob fixed the laundry drainline, and then came back to do the tub faucet when it came in after ordered.

After the work was completed, I received 2 invoices:

-$1,072 to install new tub faucet($220 of total) and 2 new shut-off valves.... also had to move clawfoot tub to access. And, I found out later that the tub faucet he had installed was not a match to the one that was in before, and had a shower riser. It was understood that he ordered matching faucet with riser.

-$848(after discount!) to cut a 1' x 3' section of wall to access laundry plumbing to repipe with mechanical vent and run drain

The amount was extremely high in price compared to other plumbing invoices I have seen over the years. So, I contacted Bob and asked what his hourly rates are. His response was that he charges a 'Flat Rate'.... by the job only, and not hourly. He then said that his rate fees were on his website. I went to the website and did not find any rate sheet. So then, he began taking pictures of a 'plumbing labor manual'(?) with his finger pointing to prices and emailing them to me. I let him know that it was not clear what I was actually seeing with the pictures he sent. I then let him know that I was going to go out the next morning to look at the work he did, and then I was going to call a few plumbers to find out what they would charge for the same work. I told him that I wanted to resolve the situation as soon as possible, and GET HIM PAID.

The next morning I go to the residence, and find that Bob had gone back into the occupied rental- WITHOUT notifying the tenant, and cut out all of the work that he had done! Evidently, he didn't want anyone to see what he claims was over $1,500 worth of labor- even after I expressed that we wanted to get the situation resolved and pay him asap!

Another licensed plumber was hired to come back and complete the work again- the cost was $650, including the tub faucet that matched the previous one. PRICE DIFFERENCE OF $1,270!

#2 Property- There was no water pressure at the house, and the sump pump was constantly running.

Bob came out that evening to analyze the cause of the problem, and was there approximately 15-30 minutes according to the owner/tenant who were present. He looked in the meter pit and the basement, and said there was a water main break near the front porch and about 6' down. He doesn't do excavating, and so we would need to have it dug out for him to come back and repair. I found a company that was able to do both the excavating and repair. Since it was the day before Thanksgiving, I went ahead and had them get the job done for the tenants. I then let Bob know, and told him that we wanted to pay him his service fee for coming out.
He sent an invoice for $317.00! I asked him if he had used any professional equipment and how long he was at the house. HE DID NOT ANSWER MY QUESTIONS and then again sent me a picture from a 'plumbing labor manual'(?) that said it is $272.00 for 'minor leak detection'. My client went ahead and paid him $45 for the service call.

Bob the Plumber's invoice states, 'Get the price before the work is done and save money $$$$'
There was obviously a reason these prices were not given to me before the work was done! :(

While dealing with a clogged toilet,Hamm and sons service arrived and dealt me a royal flush..great company to deal with..

I would not use anyone else, they are punctual, nice and clean up after themselves. The rate is okay - you get what you pay for so I prefer not to go with the cheapest!!!! Quality is important

Very professional, always very nice. Give multiple options for fixing vs replacing in order to help fit within different budgets. Seem very honest about the problem and likely outcome of different solutions

Samuel was on time, and ready to get the service started. He was very personal and discussed with us exactly what he was going to do and why. He stayed on task and cleaned up before he left.
